We had placed an order with Tulasi Store on 2nd July, and they confirmed that the package (Order TR-133108) was dispatched through your courier service. However, we have not yet received the order, and no one has contacted us regarding the delivery.
As we are travelling later this week, we kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and ensure the delivery is completed as soon as possible.
