On 5th August 2025, we shipped a customised order worth ₹12,000 to our client in Chandigarh via Shiprocket using their courier partner Delhivery.
Today is 14th August, and the parcel has still not been delivered.
• The tracking has been stuck with no updates.
• No one from Shiprocket or Delhivery is responding to calls or emails.
• The local Punjab Delhivery team and their team leader Ashish have ignored all calls and messages.
This is not just a delay — as a small business, I now have to refund the full amount to my client even though it’s not our fault. This is a huge loss for us and deeply disappointing service from both Shiprocket & Delhivery.
📢 To fellow business owners & customers: Please be aware of such poor service and lack of accountability before trusting these platforms.
