Shiprocket has now become a company that steals from sellers by faking delivery attempts, marking RTOs without any real try, and shamelessly deducting charges.
No pickup for days, zero accountability, scripted support replies, and outright lies.
I have solid proof – client call recordings, no delivery attempt logs, and yet this company keeps sending canned responses like "sorry for the inconvenience."
Let this be a warning: If sellers made you big, we can bring you down too.
