Incompetent Customer Service
Very poor delivery service. This is the second time my order wasn’t delivered, even though I clearly asked the driver to call me before delivery. Instead, they keep claiming “customer not at home,” which is false — the driver is clearly going to the wrong place.
I’ve already contacted the seller, but it’s time the delivery company took responsibility. And please stop asking me to open an account — I shouldn’t need one just to fix your mistake.

Worst logistics
Third class quality of manpower. The courier person stood on the main road and refused to do door delivery. Insisted on sending someone to come and pick up the package as he is with tempo. I requested my mum to go and pick up the parcel as i was at office. she went to the main road and waited for 20 mins but this guy jst left off and dint attended to my calls. +917715065087 this is his number. Till date my package is not delivered and now the delivery date is postponing automatically daily.

Never never never, buy anything from any seller who are using this "Vahiyat" shipping service. They are never responsible for end customer. Just boycott this shipper company and all sellers as well who are connected with this............... Because both are just scamming with customers.

Fake delivery attempt and lost my shipment
I did send parcel, they never called to the receiver and made it RTO without any delivery attempt and charged double. I am facing issue 2nd time , at first they lost my shipment valued over 33k and nothing given back and no response from customer service.

Worst courier ever.They have my courier since last 12 days and are not delivering the same.
Yesterday their customer service asked me to collect the courier from their office.On going their it was found that the office is no more operational.

If possible, I would have given (-)5 star rating to this company named Shiprocket. I haven't experienced more irritating and pathetic service and customer care( customer torture in their case) than this in my life.
I had shipped a parcel to Poland to one of my customers using Shiprocket's SRX Economy Pro service. The estimated ETA given by Shiprocket was 8-15 days. They provided a tracking number that can be tracked using Shiprocket's tracking page.
I shipped the parcel on 26th September and it was expected to get delivered between 4-11 October according to the ETA given by Shiprocket. But there was no update of parcel on their tracking page since after 2nd October and the last location was Singapore. I tried raising a ticket for the knowing the current status of the shipment on 6th October as there was no update on tracking page.
Today is 14th October and the shipment status on the tracking page is still the same 'In Transit' and the location is also same as it was on 2nd October. During this time, I have raised tickets three times (with no benefit) and also spoken with their customer care representatives three times.
Every time they say, we have forwarded your concern to our team and our team will get back to you in 2-3 working days. During last eight days no one from Shiprocket got back to me with any solution.
And yes, on top of it, today a lady from Shiprocket called me and introduced herself as my account manager and then she said to me, " Sir, why have you not been placing any orders with us for some time?"
Listening to this, I was out of my mind and I asked her, did you even check my account before calling me? I recently placed an international order with your company, which has exceeded the ETA and is still undelivered, with no updates on the tracking page. I also told her about the tickets I raised. She said, "ok please share the details with me on Whatsapp, I'll get this resolved asap."
I shared the details with her immediately on Whatsapp and it's been a whole day and she has not even acknowledged my message on WhatsApp yet. Resolution seems a far-fetched idea.
They keep account managers not to take care of the services they offer, but only to bring more money out of a customer's pocket.

I order products regularly from India. I will never order from a vendor that uses Shiprocket. Endless delays — the last order that used Shiprocket sat in their warehouse in Delhi for 30 days before I was forced to reverse the charges with the vendor.

I’m really not happy with the service…
I’m really not happy with the service lately. My parcels haven’t been picked up for the last three scheduled times. I received messages from the delivery person, but they never attempted to call or visit the pickup location.
I also reached out to your support team multiple times, but there’s been no proper solution or follow-up. This has caused repeated delays and inconvenience.
Due to this consistent issue, I’ve decided not to use your service going forward.

Very poor transparency throughout the shipping process and pathetic customer service. My ticket has been pending for more than a week with no intimation or resolution. Have had the same issues over and over in the past as well.
ShipRocket’s delivery “system” is broken - seller beware
As a seller, we’ve experienced the same failures repeatedly, and it’s time others are warned:
1) Fake delivery attempts – Executives don’t even visit the customer, yet mark “customer unavailable.”
2) Return to Origin (RTO) scams – After 2–3 fake attempts, orders are pushed into RTO. These shipments then crawl through the system, only to finally be marked as “RTO Lost.” In plain words: parcels are being stolen while ShipRocket’s top management looks away.
3) Weight discrepancies – If your parcel does get delivered, brace yourself for inflated charges. Small envelopes are billed as 1–2 kg. The same product marked 500g one week is suddenly called 2kg the next. This inconsistency is not error - it’s daylight robbery.
4) Contradictory tracking updates – A package can go from Customer unavailable (when customer was at home) to → RTO to → Damaged Shipment Delivered → to “RTO Lost” once a complaint is raised, conveniently closing the case with no accountability.
📢 This is not an isolated case. Social media is flooded with small businesses reporting the same nightmare. Check ShipRocket’s tagged feed - it’s all out there.
ShipRocket’s template emails, delays, and silence from leadership confirm one thing: this is an unethical, unprofessional, and broken system. They are using dark tactics to earn money from small business owners.
🚫 Sellers beware: your parcels, your reputation, and your customers’ trust are at serious risk.

My order has been delayed with the ridiculous excuse of a ‘network connection delayed’ or something similar. They don’t even provide a customer service number. I hope no one has to go through this—your parcel is unlikely to reach you with Shiprocket
