Worst Experience – Fraudulent & Pathetic Service
Shiprocket is by far the worst shipping platform I have ever used. Extremely pathetic experience – customer support is non-existent, and I was kept on call waiting for over an hour only to be disconnected without any response. No tracking updates are provided, shipments get lost causing heavy losses, and there is absolutely no accountability. Their service is nothing short of fraudulent – they cheat sellers and leave us helpless. I will never recommend Shiprocket to anyone in the future. Stay away if you value your business and money.
