Priya Chaudhary is the worst account manager ever. I shipped the items on 2 Sept, then I told her . he saidthat connect on 10th Sept, then I told her on 17th that she repeat same think , when I told her on 22nd Sept item not deliver yet ? then she said it is a compliment, there is delay in DPP and premium ones are getting delivered, then I said there are premium ones too, that also did not get delivered, then when I told her that I am not understanding your problem, I said it is a simple matter, she said that no item was delivered, then she started telling me to give it to me in excel sheet, Awb Friend, tell me, your account manager is not understanding simple things and is giving orders as if she would be paying me salary, brother please forgive me, it would be better if you do not assign the account manager and not at all someone like Priya Chaudhary

Shiprocket is the company. His assigned manager did not pick up the call, and his pickup boy always picked up 1 day late. We are fed up with his service because when we called him, they said it will never happen again. We only face issues with this company. why the assigned manager if they will not pick up the call? Stop this nonsense.

This company is worst company and also account manager .they never give you resolution and talk like own they company and not deliver on time we have to refund too many customer .don't be give parcel to this company

Very bad service they always be blam to customer and hold the item in warehouse and when we ask him they said tracking is not update we have done . Not pickup the call by account manager so bad service

I had given a parcel to shiprocket on 11th August, it has not been delivered till now or they are telling me that they have not sent the mail or after the second I called the booking team, they are telling me that they are not doing the shipment. It's been a month since we found a solution, is our service getting hampered due to this issue or is the shipment still being held?
