Honestly the worst company
Honestly the worst company! I made an order on astrotalk and they shipped it via Shiprocket. The delivery person never contacted me and marked the product delivered.
When I reached out to astrotalk customer support they placed a new order for me and Guess what? The shitty Shiprocket losers marked the order undelivered because "the customer refused to receive the oder" without even contacting me 🤮
I've requested a reattempt and shared this with astrotalk customer support too, let's see if they actually deliver tomorrow or just mark it delivered without reaching out as usual.
