Worst Service Ever – No Resolution, False Commitments, and Zero Support

I have completed my International KYC and also recharged my Shiprocket wallet, but when I tried to create my very first order, it simply failed. Every time I attempt, I get an error and cannot proceed.
I have raised multiple tickets regarding this issue. Every time, the support team promises, "You will get a call within 4 hours and your issue will be resolved", but no call ever comes, and no resolution is provided. This has happened repeatedly.
This is by far the worst courier service experience I have had.
Customer Support: Absolutely useless, just makes false promises.
Managers: Completely unresponsive and indifferent to customer problems.
Sales Team: Quick to onboard and take money, but vanish when actual support is needed.
Top Management: Clearly does not care about the service quality or customer satisfaction.
Honestly, even India Post provides better and more reliable service than Shiprocket. I strongly advise everyone to avoid using Shiprocket if you value your time and money.
I hope the top management takes immediate action, but judging by my experience, I’m not optimistic.
