punctuality is pathetic , service is too bad
I have recently started My business, I use to do parcel from Indian Post, First time i have taken services from Shiprocket and in first parcel they are giving such bas service. it is 3 days delay in pick up and still parcel is not picked up. Whenever you call to call center there is long queue no one receive calls.
do not go for services from this plateform

and i am fedup by taking follow ups.
