If possible, I would have given (-)5 star rating to this company named Shiprocket. I haven't experienced more irritating and pathetic service and customer care( customer torture in their case) than this in my life.
I had shipped a parcel to Poland to one of my customers using Shiprocket's SRX Economy Pro service. The estimated ETA given by Shiprocket was 8-15 days. They provided a tracking number that can be tracked using Shiprocket's tracking page.
I shipped the parcel on 26th September and it was expected to get delivered between 4-11 October according to the ETA given by Shiprocket. But there was no update of parcel on their tracking page since after 2nd October and the last location was Singapore. I tried raising a ticket for the knowing the current status of the shipment on 6th October as there was no update on tracking page.
Today is 14th October and the shipment status on the tracking page is still the same 'In Transit' and the location is also same as it was on 2nd October. During this time, I have raised tickets three times (with no benefit) and also spoken with their customer care representatives three times.
Every time they say, we have forwarded your concern to our team and our team will get back to you in 2-3 working days. During last eight days no one from Shiprocket got back to me with any solution.
And yes, on top of it, today a lady from Shiprocket called me and introduced herself as my account manager and then she said to me, " Sir, why have you not been placing any orders with us for some time?"
Listening to this, I was out of my mind and I asked her, did you even check my account before calling me? I recently placed an international order with your company, which has exceeded the ETA and is still undelivered, with no updates on the tracking page. I also told her about the tickets I raised. She said, "ok please share the details with me on Whatsapp, I'll get this resolved asap."
I shared the details with her immediately on Whatsapp and it's been a whole day and she has not even acknowledged my message on WhatsApp yet. Resolution seems a far-fetched idea.
They keep account managers not to take care of the services they offer, but only to bring more money out of a customer's pocket.
