Worst Experience Ever!
It has been 10 days and my package is still not delivered. I have been continuously tracking it, but the status has not changed, it is stuck at Guwahati_Kalipahar_GW (Assam) with no further movement.

This level of delay and lack of updates is highly unprofessional and extremely frustrating. I urgently need my package, yet there has been no proper communication or effort to resolve the issue.

Very disappointed with this service, I would not recommend it to anyone expecting timely delivery and reliability.
