Watered down fuel
Watered down fuel. I have received a bill for over £200 due to fuel at MFG in Accrington causing my vehicle to break down. I will never use it again and will recommend that my friends and family do the same

Premium on Active unleaded petrol is 23p per litre. Other BP garages charge a premium around 10p.

MFG Downside are not interested in customer problems
I recently used MFG Downside near Guildford to fill my car with fuel however while I was watching the pump, the nozzle failed to cut off and my shoes, car and forecourt were covered in fuel.
The attendant could barely speak English and was not interested in my problem despite seeing and smelling the spillage. To add to the insult I was made to pay for all the fuel, including the fuel wasted by their pump failing to cut off.
I complained to their customer services but was simply met with platitudes about their processes and zero recognition that I had had a problem.
Their level of customer service is appalling and I will never use them again. I suggest you do the same.
I can see why their Trustpilot rating is so poor given the service that I received = AVOID

The Motor Fuel Group run the BP Garage on St John's Hill, Sevenoaks. I took my car through the car wash. The wheel scrub brushes were not working properly and damaged the paintwork on both the driver and passenger doors, leaving circular scratch marks. The company have denied any responsibility ! I advise drivers not to use this car wash or any others run by the Motor Fuel Group
This company are a joke
This company are a joke, their jet washes charge you but don’t work.
They ‘investigated’ and would not give me a refund as they said the machine was not faulty (it was, it stopped working half way through the wash). Relatively small amount of money but the principle of the machines taking payment and not working.
Milk sold on expiry date
I bought milk yesterday that I didn't realise would be out of date by today, and not tasting good. I took it back: the assistant made a great fuss of checking the receipt, and then said he couldn't refund it as I had opened it. Of course I opened it! For the sake of £1.55 they have lost my custom. I will buy my fuel elsewhere from now on.

Avoid this site – car wash scam & predatory parking fines
I paid for a car wash at this BP/MFG Sutton site, only to find the car wash was broken. When I returned days later to use what I’d already paid for, I had to queue for over an hour — then got hit with a parking fine from Euro Car Parks for “overstaying.”
I never left my vehicle. I was in a queue for a paid service, in full control, delayed only because MFG can’t run or maintain their own equipment. Absolutely no warning that queuing could get you fined.
Worse, no response at all to my complaint from MFG or BP. Zero accountability. They take your money, fail to deliver, and fine you for their own failures.
This is either gross mismanagement or a deliberate trap — either way, it’s disgraceful. I’ve escalated to POPLA and Trading Standards. Think twice before giving them your business.

I was due to pay my petrol with my only bank card on my hand (forgot the few), amount is £10.15 ten pounds and fifthteen pence, unfortunately my bank card did not work- and I asked politely with good willing to pay back after I pick up my wallet from home- I was then asked to walk and leave my car.
I have disability- I have severe asthma- and my blood pressure is unpredicatable- it can go high up in the sky. I was asked to sign a form and was referred to "FUEL GUARD" (reference 2503080020445, and they are asking me to me to pay enormous amount of interest - the amount is now £145 with in two weeks.
I was wondering if anyone can help please.

Will we get a refund?
Tried to use this car wash and followed all instructions. Took our cash but no car wash. Forecourt staff just gave us a business card so rang the customer service who told us to email. We are the April fools!! Out of pocket for £10.

Jet wash wasn’t working , I went to garage for refund , to be told
Contact customer care email and phone number , 10 emails and 2 calls , still no £4 refund and clearly the machine is faulty as they have taped it off at the garage , bombarded with emails saying not there responsibility and someone else’s to now saying under investigation, never again will I use contactless for a jet wash , horrible experience from customer care

Gloucester Morrisons Daily Metz Way
We paid £8 for a car wash at MFG Morrisons Daily today, in Metz Way Gloucester. We used contactless at the wash and no receipt given.
We proceeded forward but the wash did not operate.
We went directly to the garage shop and told the assistant. He was unhelpful and rude because we had no proof of transaction. I will attempt to get the £8 refunded but am not hopeful. Terrible reviews and richly deserved.

Poor customer car
Poor back office systems. I was double charged at a Morrisons car wash, was told by the teller to email Motor Fuels Group.
Motor Fuels Group responded quickly and confirmed that I was due a refund and asked me to confirm my bank details. 4 weeks later they have stopped responding to my emails and have not refunded the money! We are only talking £7 but if they treat all customers in this way they sums will add up.

Used my debit card approved then cancelled when tried to fuel tried again approved same again, then decided to pay in kiosk put £20.00 of fuel in card declined in kiosk because £193 had been taken from my account staff said the WiFi had gone down and the money would be refunded in a few hrs and to return to pay the £20.00 I had to fill in a form with all my details and leave my driving license that was Thursday 6th March been back to the garage told me to ring MFG they were useless said they would get one of there superiors to call me today still waiting I have now emailed customer services
This has left me with no money and returned direct debits and still no money back they stole from my account unauthorised they are are disgrace and will never use the robbing B again

Took over Morrisons garage forecourts - car wash rubbish, car was still filthy after wash, was advised by Morrisons to take photos and send copy of receipt with photos to MFG - did this and after 3 weeks and 2 requests to send the same proofs again I get the reply - “On that day our car wash was working perfectly on that day, so we will not issue a refund”
What utter rubbish! I will not comment on the ownership of this business
