Went to the Morrisons petrol station…

Went to the Morrisons petrol station Riversway Preston run by this company. They had previously overcharged me for 3 out of 7 items in the shop and after a terrible customer service experience and complaint they gave me a £10 voucher. I used this in store this week put was told by the hapless after 10 attempts to scan the voucher that I could not use it. I asked to speak to the manager - Anna appeared after several minutes who simply said "yes". No introduction, no customer service, no apology for the inconvenience. I then had to guide her through what she needed to do to use the voucher. I have no idea why these staff are running a petrol station. They have zero customer service skills and leave products strewn across the floors when shelf stacking. Please check your receipts when using this store.

Check your receipts!!

Bought 7 items in the shop and was overcharged for three of them. 1 item was put through twice. I went back in the store and was refunded by a manager who did not acknowledge me, look at me or apologise. Check your receipts and watch what items they are scanning when you shop here.

Awful service

This company delivered Garden furniture to my parents home this week. We had paid for them to assemble the furniture. The 2 delivery men attended and unloaded 2 cardboard boxes. They said as it was raining they could not put the furniture up. my parents asked if they had a cover for the boxes, they said no. They said you need to contact the office and rearrange delivery. My 81 year old parents had to walk in the pouring rain to a neighbour to obtain a cover sheet. The boxes have disintegrated in the rain. They didn't care one jot and couldn't wait to leave. My mother said she felt bullied by the driver to not ask questions or call myself who made the order.
Avoid.
UPDATE - The company in their response say that the order could have been refused. This is a lie. My parents asked the driver to take it away and they refused. Do not believe a word this company tells you. Just awful customer service.

We are saddened to hear of your negative experience, please accept sincere apologies for the service you have received from Furdeco.

Unfortunately, we do not provide covers in the instance that an assembly cannot be completed due to poor weather to which the retailer are aware.

The order could have been refused and brought back if this would have been more convenient.

Our records show we are returning tomorrow 04/08/22 to complete the assembly of your garden furniture.
