Went to the car wash at the Shell garage Cheriton, Folkestone and had my rear wiper blade torn off. The garage were helpful and gave me the number to contact to reimburse me.
After numerous phone calls and emails they refused to reimburse me for the wiper blade or apologise for what happened but kept saying that there was nothing wrong with their machine. When I said that I was not happy with the outcome they could not give me any further contact details to raise my concerns. I have not and will not use that car wash again and am appalled at the customer service received. The person that I was dealing with was Courtney.

We purchased 2 mira showers and subsequently had problems with one of the shower control plates. We emailed Mira and they sent us replacement parts very quickly and all is fine now. We had no problems with the other shower.

Danielle,Greg and Elaine were very helpful and professional and found us what we needed, where many others had failed.
The reason that it isn't 5 star is the unprofessional and demanding way in which we had numerous phone calls and texts from Fluent while the solicitors were finalising the mortgage payment. On completion we emailed Elaine and then a couple of days later got a threatening email from Alice to say that we still hadn't paid their fee and to make payment to avoid collections! We replied to say that we had not had an invoice previously and we received another email the following day, threatening collections again!
Such a shame that what was over all a professional service is let down by Alice.

After 12 days I'm no nearer getting the goods I ordered on the 2/3 days delivery charge. Too late now so asked for refund but have to wait until they receive the item back from Fed Ex. Appalling customer service and terrible that I have to wait, for however long it takes them to return it, for a refund. So sad that I'm not able to support this company again due to their very poor delivery service and customer service.

Came promptly. Arrived on time and sent the report quickly.

Excellent service. Interlinked smoke alarms stopped working and fireangel replaced them free of charge and sent replacements very quickly.

Very quick and very helpful and pleasant staff and got a very much better price than others had quoted us

Stood for over an hour in a queue to pick up a booked hire car. Consequently missed half of the meeting that we had flown over to Ireland for the day for. Paid over £100 for a day's hire and it would have been quicker to use public transport.
Our complaint to Customer Services has been handled most unsatisfactory. Would never hire from easirent again.
