The app cannot be used I gave up trying to create an account to sign in to join the club. They have 2 star reviews with a reason.

Trades avoid they don't protect…

Trades avoid they don't protect traders no chances to get a job
I wanted to join but after I ask them how do I know if a custumer hired someone else
Their answer was I need to call customer to find out...
So you pay for tel no to find out that the customer hired someone else.or they will never answer .
Not fair for traders.

Very Expensive leads .low chance to get jobs

The new app has been updated my Builder to take your money .There is not chance for trader to show interest in leads because they send new jobs to trades already with 1 or 2 shortlisted .Since with new app the leads are very expensive for traders They don't care for traders and also for customers. Not Recommended .

Really need improvement specific in …

Really need improvement specific in keeping items in stock ...Why you can not keep in stock a switch light or a pack of small elbow....etc.???unfortunately I can not oder any more from screwfix.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

After installation of vanity unit which was £499 I notice water damaged on both side of the unit. ONLY USED COUPLE OF TIME!!!!!VERY DISAPOINTED.

Very bad experience with delivery

Very bad experience with delivery
They give you a time between 7 am and 6 pm.
Driver suppose to call before to come.
I had a phone call from driver saying that he is coming in 5 min.and then after 2 min call me he is outside
Didn't come on the date delays 2 days custemer was left 2 days with no water in the kitchen because wickes delays not coming on the day provided. They call you 5 min before should call at least 1 hour before.
Definitely need service improvement.
