Awful Company
Awful Company. Have a care and repair policy came out and diagnosed new drum needed, parts not available still a week and a half later so I request a replacement through curry’s, curry’s claim the serial numbers don’t match but this is because THEY replaced the machine under a safety product recall!! Refused to replace it I spent hour after hour trying to resolve this and no joy, parts finally in but tried to insist I needed another engineer to visit first. I had been a month without a washing machine at this point, I had just got out of hospital after an operation it was the last thing I needed. Finally agree to fix washer. The last 3 I have also been trying to return the descaler they up sold me over the phone, all I keep being told is the system that issues the return labels is down therefore I cannot return yet. Again i contacted them 7 times in the past 3 and half weeks to try and chase this up to keep being time same thing. Once this washing machine is done for permanently I will NEVER EVER buy another Hotpoint product

there is absolutely zero point contacting your social media they are even more useless than the people on the phone. If you’d like to contact me I’ll send you the transcripts of the absolutely pointless answers they gave me ranging from “I’m sorry we cannot deal with this kind of request”

I have been offered zero compensation from Hotpoint for the service I have received, from the refusal to confirm the write off Because YOU couldn’t be bothered to check/ update your own records To the fact I have had to chase up a returns label for 3 weeks. Because of your service I have had to use a launderette for nearly a month not to mention the time I have spent on the phone to you, your answer is to contact social media? All you’ve done is confirmed to anyone reading this that you literally don’t give a crap about your customers
