Will never visit again

My family are here today and irs an absolute shit show. The queue times are not only huge - to be expected in school holidays- but the rides are closing and opening and the queue times displayed are completely inaccurate. My daughter is only 1.3 and expected to stand for 100 minutes for one of only 2 decent rides she can go on after waiting 90 minutes for wicker man. It’s raining they’re all miserable and they don’t even do the rainy day guarantee anymore. Tried to buy a fast pass for spin ball whizzer, all sold out for today. shock. £120 and a two hour drive for a sub standard version of what they advertise, it’s absolutely criminal to take peoples hard earnt money in this climate for a piss poor day out at best. We’ve visited for 40 plus years and will never ever give them our money after this. Do yourself a favour and go to Thorpe park or Paultons.
The fact they don’t reply to any of the feedback on here speaks volumes of how they see their customers

Ev charging is nothing but problems.

Ev charging is nothing but problems.
Barnetby top off the m180 I have tried to charge 3 different evs and every time I have to move to another charger as there’s an error which means £45 pre authorised each time, most recently 3 times I had £45 taken, it’s now been a week and I am still waiting for this to be returned. If you can use another charger station take my advice and do so unless you have a few hundred quid to play Russian roulette with your money

Awful from start to finish

Awful from start to finish
Given a delivery date which didn’t transpire when I contacted them I was told I missed the cut off, fair enough but I’m pretty sure software exists to display the correct delivery date based upon the date and time ordered.
When I was told they’d be now delivered today I queried why I hadn’t had a despatch email or text, she then proceeded to make up a load of excuses and “resent” the email
Which in fact was just a tracking number, when I checked this on Royal Mail my item wasn’t even out for delivery, bare in mind I had been assured it would be delivered today
The message was we’re expecting your item
When I called back she tried to lie further and say it’s just not updated the tracking info and assured me again the flowers would definitely arrive today. When I explained that all the message from Royal Mail meant was that they’d generated a label and I wasn’t in fact stupid and understood how postage worked she assured me that she would check back at 3 and if no change refund me
I asked for the refund tk he done there and then as there was no way they had even arrived at Royal Mail and this was refused
She couldn’t even tell me if they’d arrive tomorrow either.
I will also add when I called back the second time she audibly huffed and sighed down the phone at me. Beyond rude and was clearly counting down to clocking off
Lo and behold my flowers have not arrived and I’m not waiting a week over the Christmas period for a refund.
Save your time and order from a reputable reliable florist with decent customer service

Awful company

Awful company
Repeatedly messed up my husbands accounts and filing resulting in incorrect tax code which has been now going on since august.
Do not seem to even have a clear understanding of HMRC procedures.
Repeatedly kept sending payslips in despite being told he was now in a full time
Job.
Seem ignorant to what a minus payslip is and seem unable to resolve this issue meaning we are hundreds of pounds down each month.
Absolute bunch of cowboys i wouldn’t even recommend them to do payroll
**update - you won’t find my account details as as I clearly stated it’s my husbands accounts - perhaps a system search with the surname and a read of the notes might shed some light on whose account it is. The irony. My husband will be emailing this morning

Decent mattress it seems but not great customer service at the back end

Ordering was easy and communication was good, had to rearrange delivery through DX which was fine when I finally got through. However was told I’d get a text with a window, didn’t get one and they arrived just after 7am not a problem but would have been good to know this previous evening so I didn’t have to put the whole day aside. I contacted the company and they told me someone tried to call, I had no missed calls and no voicemails left about delivery so don’t know what’s happened there. I’ve asked whether the mattress needs turning or rotating and about the warranty at the same time I said I hadn’t received a delivery window have received no reply to those questions just a blunt we tried to call no one answered. The mattress itself seems good but the customer service isn’t great in my opinion. There’s no label no paperwork I don’t know how to treat the mattress and I don’t know what warranty I’ve got. I’m just it’s a decent mattress long term because I can’t imagine I’d have much joy getting sorted if it turns out not to be.
Update - have received an email from them, not apologising or even giving me the information I requested. Just to tell me they DID try to call and that I’m out of order for my review. Haven’t explained why they didn’t leave a voicemail or answered my queries but found the time
To tell me I’m wrong for the review.
Has also emailed me to tell me to return the mattress and threatened to report me to clear pay 😂 for what? Leavinf an honest review? If anyone wants to see the emails feel free to contact Me. Absolute madness who emails a customer making threats.
It’s a shame you didn’t show as much politeness when you sent me an abusive email thread. Didn’t ask to return it asked about the warranty which you seem to be refusing yet again to supply

Cancelled items and lost in transit

Placed order
Cancelled item then two days later cancelled another item
Only realised this when they sent my order confirmation with the items removed
Rang up and they said the order was sent to store to pick up accidentally not warehouse
Order was despatched and still didn’t arrive over 10 days later so rang up and they said lost in transit.
The literal only saving grace for dealing with this company was the fact when I called the last agreed to resend my items next day delivery. I will never ever order from them again

Awful Company

Awful Company. Have a care and repair policy came out and diagnosed new drum needed, parts not available still a week and a half later so I request a replacement through curry’s, curry’s claim the serial numbers don’t match but this is because THEY replaced the machine under a safety product recall!! Refused to replace it I spent hour after hour trying to resolve this and no joy, parts finally in but tried to insist I needed another engineer to visit first. I had been a month without a washing machine at this point, I had just got out of hospital after an operation it was the last thing I needed. Finally agree to fix washer. The last 3 I have also been trying to return the descaler they up sold me over the phone, all I keep being told is the system that issues the return labels is down therefore I cannot return yet. Again i contacted them 7 times in the past 3 and half weeks to try and chase this up to keep being time same thing. Once this washing machine is done for permanently I will NEVER EVER buy another Hotpoint product

there is absolutely zero point contacting your social media they are even more useless than the people on the phone. If you’d like to contact me I’ll send you the transcripts of the absolutely pointless answers they gave me ranging from “I’m sorry we cannot deal with this kind of request”

“I have passed your details onto an agent”
“You will need to contact curry’s”
“This is not something we can deal with”
I have been offered zero compensation from Hotpoint for the service I have received, from the refusal to confirm the write off Because YOU couldn’t be bothered to check/ update your own records To the fact I have had to chase up a returns label for 3 weeks. Because of your service I have had to use a launderette for nearly a month not to mention the time I have spent on the phone to you, your answer is to contact social media? All you’ve done is confirmed to anyone reading this that you literally don’t give a crap about your customers

Online chat kicks you out constantly

Online chat kicks you out constantly, we’re supposed to be seeing elbow in 2 days time and haven’t received our tickets and we aren’t able to speak to anyone to resolve this issue at all£200 wastes looks like

Lovely suit but issues when ordering…

Lovely suit but issues when ordering due to website stock being incorrect then enquired as to an exchange with another as trousers were too small to be told no the website is wrong again we don’t have that one in stock either. Suit itself is very nice and we decided to keep and get altered but ordering process was a bit stressful
