My previous supplier OneSelect went bust and my gas supply was migrated to Together Energy in December 2018. I moved to Scottish Power in March 2019, but my direct debits were still being collected. I didn't make any progress with Customer Services, so I emailed a complaint to Together Energy.
I failed to get a response within 8 weeks, so I took my case to the Energy Ombudsman. My initial 'final bill' from Together Energy included charges for electricity, which was not supplied by them.
To cut a long story short, my case was resolved by the Energy Ombudsman and included a payment for the poor service.
If customers are not making any progress with Customer Services, I would suggest getting the Ombudsman involved in resolving your problem.
