I had my rear wiper ripped off at the…

I had my rear wiper ripped off at the auto car wash Shell garage Cheriton High St early this year 2025.MFG refused to compensate me for the damage. They said there was nothing wrong with the machine and disclaim any responsibility. But I see a Mr Martin Cook had a similar problem last year. So there is a fault MFG . What are you going to do about this? Mr R Barr Folkestone

Trying to contact L V by phone about an…

Trying to contact L V by phone about an existing claim is a waste of time. Long delay in answering so that the your call cuts out or cut off. No agents availanle on online chat. No response via e mail either. Really poor and unprofessional service. Doubt I will renew with L V in future.

On the whole a very good service

On the whole a very good service. I would give 4 stars however on occasions our car was tampered with prior to collection. On the first occasion someone had adjusted the drivers seat to its highest setting so that I could not get my legs under the steering wheel. On the second occasion 26/11/2019 someone had altered the dashboard display via the menu button. This may be funny to some but not after a tiring long haul flight.
