Great service
This is a shout out to the staff in the Trowbridge Road garage in Bradford on Avon. This team have endured a lot of things breaking recently and it’s clear that the premises needs (& appears to be getting) investment. However, the staff have remained cheerful, friendly and this is especially true of Oscar. It’s not often I write reviews but his attitude and customer service skills merit the effort. There’s always a personal touch, joyful disposition, and he’s so kind with my kids that they even made him a special drawing today. In a world increasingly digital and self-service, this is what makes a difference, creates community and builds loyalty. Thank you!

Everyone, people need to stop using this company. Only people that can influence the companies bottom line is the public.
I have noticed lots of reviews are about parking fines and people being over charged for products.
The same has happened to myself, been over charged £8 for a car wash using contactless and trying to get a refund is beyond a joke. How can your card be charged 3 times for a car wash.
Poonam at customers services keeps telling me the refund has been processed and 2 weeks later still no refund. Every time I challenge her, she changes the goal posts.
I have now logged the complaint with my bank this morning and my bank have refunded me straight away. They will then raise a dispute with MFG. The more disputes raised with our banks, the more they will start investigating MFG.
The good reviews people have are about the staff themselves, not MFG. I feel sorry for the team in the petrol stations, they deal with lots of annoyed customers.
Honestly STOP using this company, they obviously have a problem with over charging customers.

I visited the MFG Southall site on Uxbridge Road, which has a Burger King on the same premises, to use the car wash facilities. After waiting approximately 20–30 minutes just to queue, I eventually managed to use the wash bay, spending a fair amount of money on the service. I also spent money at Burger King and at the petrol station.
Despite being a paying customer, I received a £100 parking fine. I challenged it — rightly so — but my appeal was rejected. Since then, I’ve stopped using the facilities entirely. Two of my close friends had similar experiences; they also received fines, challenged them, and were rejected. As a result, they’ve also stopped visiting.
In total, the business has likely lost more in repeat custom from the three of us than they gained from the fines — not to mention the many others I’ve warned on social media. Expecting people to finish washing their car and queuing in under half an hour is unrealistic. On a quiet day, maybe — but otherwise, it’s a complete joke.
Avoid, the price per kWh is high and they overcharge
Overcharged me by roughly £10. Got 40% battery charge, but they charged me for 60% of the capacity. Used once and never again. Realised the supercharger network is cheaper and easier to use. And they have accurate charging for the amount you actually use. Avoid

So, I see that there are a lot of negative reviews on here, but I have to say that they were honestly brilliant with me! I went to get my car washed at a Shell garage and the two people in front took ages, so me and my daughter - who was spraying the car for the first time -ended up staying longer than we would have liked and I guess longer than we were supposed to (I hadn't really noted that there was a time limit in the garage since I thought we would only be in and out in a few mins!)
Anyway, got a euro car parks ticket for £100 and was gutted! Went straight to the garage and the nice man behind the desk gave me contact details for Motor Fuel Group.
I first spoke to Anil, who was excellent and said I would be contacted for more details about why I was there etc, and then I received an email from Prabhakar. I sent my receipts and a time stamped photo of us at the car wash etc, and they got the PCN cancelled within a couple of days!!! Thanks guys :-). Raf

Absolutely disgusted that we got a £100 parking charge stating we were parked for 41 mins. There were no visible signs, we filled up with fuel first anyway got food, coffe and used the toilets, which is surely what you need to do in a service station.
How can they slap a charge on you for being a responsible driver taking a short break and fuel top up.

I requested for help to get a Parking Charge Notice cancelled which was enforced by Euro Car Parks on me for overstaying by 10 mins on a car wash on a Motor Fuel Group gas station. Prabhakar from MFG's team was responsive and helped me get it closed. Fantastic service!

Petrol station at Morrison Cheadle Heath Stockport. No pay at pumps, pumps always not working large holes in forecourt floor which are now becoming dangerous. Use to just drive in and out now its hard to find a pump that works and then you have to stand in a large queue to pay. Gone downhill fast since taking over from Morrisons.

If I could give a zero or minus I would. Horrible experience with them. Paid a 10er to have a carwash only to get scratched by the car wash machine. Their staff member onsite promised they would call me later to about it but never did. I had to find their contact detail online and contacted them and more waiting. When they finally replied their wanted 2 quotes and etc. I got 2 quotes, then they replied they decided not to compensate me as there is a disclaimer at the entrance to the effect that customers use the machine at their own risk! if there is already such a 'warning' in place and they are not going to take any liability why should they string me along all the way to get 2 quotes for the repair? I felt they treat customers like 'sxxx'

Went to BP at White Cart Road Paisley Glasgow , went into shop bought some sweets and a car wash . When I came out there was another car in car wash waited for them to finish and we pulled in. Left straight after wash had finished two weeks later I received a £100 fine from euro car parks stating I was too long on the garage forecourt (as I said there was a car ahead of us in car wash) I went over too the garage roughly 30 miles round trip and the manager Dolly said just appeal so I duly did. UPDATED!! Went to 2 car washes in a week both had issues after paying £10 both left the car looking worse than before they entered.... got a refund on 1 which was good but I must say the customer service on the second refund is very poor after takking almost 3 weeks to investigate and agreeing there was reason for a refund they then asked me for my personal bank details to process my refund and now it's been almost a month and I've heard nothing at all.... I know it's only £10 but it's the principle of the situation you don't pay for something that didn't work!!! Poor make me really think before I would use there equipment again.. After a couple of weeks speaking with customer service i have had a full refund. They are now going to investigate and fix the car washes in question and have sent a complimentary wash on them.. so id say they've made up for it.

I tried to use pay at pump, inserted my card, but the machine went out of order before I could take fuel. I went to another pump and paid in the kiosk. That was last Thursday, and there's still an amount of £100.00 being held on my card for the out of order pump. I have rang, but not had a response.
