My first order. Online site worked well. Delivery was painless even down my narrowish drive.
My only small gripe was no tighter delivery time provided in the delivery email so I had to be prepared to wait in all day. Even an am or pm indication would be helpful.
The delivery staff were great by the way.

Very efficient service. Competitive pricing.
Delivery driver has awkward access to tank but manages it without any issues.

I would have given it 5 stars but I did not receive the promised email notification. It was delivered on Bank Holiday Sunday when I was entertaining visitors in the garden so not at all convenient.

The whole process was hassle free from quote to booking and delivery. Great communication on the delivery date and the driver was polite and helpful.

Driver was very rude on delivery day would not go up the track because they sent oil in the bigger truck, I could understand the problem for him but there was no need for his rude altitude,oil was delivered next day in the smaller truck that they normally send different driver very polite not problem

Communications good, lone day late but no problem. Driver damaged plants, broke pot and disturbed compost heap. This has never happened before - they are usually excellent. Company very apologetic when I complained so will use again

Highly recommend Local Fuels - good prices, never a problem with deliveries even though most delivery companies have problems finding me. Easy to order online or by phone.

The fuel was delivered on the right day, and well within the time limit

Have used twice now - could be better with comms especially as on both instances delivery was beyond scheduled estimate of delivery and I had to chase to find out.
Further to Home fuels response - I rest my case - over 4 months to respond!!

Easy to order on line. Easy to phone if you have any queries. Delivered as agreed. A very efficient process.

Failed to deliver. Got one text message stating a problem with their vehicle. No more communication. Called a week later. Couldn’t give a new delivery date and refused to apologise.

After being badly let down by another company I have used this company twice now. Easy to order, good price, great service and drivers and added bonus, when I phoned, the phone rang twice only and someone answered. No sitting in a queue listening to awful music for ages. A rare thing nowadays. Highly recommend.

A truly reliable helpful company. They were very helpful when I misjudged the amount of oil I was using and they managed to bring my scheduled delivery forward.
