Extremely Disappointed with Hello Molly’s Customer Support
I placed an order with Hello Molly and received a confirmation email shortly after. Within one hour, I contacted customer support to cancel the order. I was told that I would be helped but instead of taking immediate action, no one followed up for 24 hours.
By the time they responded, I was told the item had already been shipped and that their “team was quick to dispatch the parcel before any changes could be made.” If someone had actually assisted me when I reached out , which was well within a reasonable time , the order could have easily been canceled.
This experience was frustrating and shows a complete lack of urgency and care from customer support. I won’t be shopping here again and definitely won’t be recommending Hello Molly to anyone. Their service is unreliable and dismissive when you need real help.
