Very disappointing experience – would not use again
We recently used Gatwick Airport Parking Spaces (GAPS) and were left very disappointed with the service.
When we returned from our holiday, we discovered that money had gone missing from our car. Sadly, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened — a similar incident happened to my sister-in-law previously, although she didn’t have photo evidence at the time. While we understand companies often state they are not responsible for valuables, it’s extremely worrying that this keeps happening.
To make matters worse, we were left waiting over an hour for a transfer back to our car after our flight. It felt like the company delayed the transfer because no other customers were waiting and they didn’t want to send the van for just four people. After a long flight, this was not acceptable.
Overall, the service was unreliable, and we left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend looking at other parking providers if you want peace of mind and a smoother experience.
