Untrustworthy and Completely Unprofessional


This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with an airport parking company. Not only do they never respond to emails—which is already frustrating enough—but I discovered something far more concerning: they disconnected my dash cam and drove my car without my permission.

That is a serious breach of trust. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to be using my vehicle beyond moving it for parking purposes, and tampering with my dash cam clearly shows they were trying to hide something. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them for an explanation or accountability—radio silence.

Avoid this company at all costs. If they’re willing to ignore customer emails and misuse your vehicle while trying to cover their tracks, they clearly have no regard for honesty, safety, or basic customer service.
