I wouldn’t even give this company one star. I placed an order and never received an acknowledgment email, so I called to check. After reading the many negative reviews online, I decided to request a refund. I was assured it would be processed by the end of the day and that I’d receive an email confirmation — but no email ever came. When I called the next day, I was told I’d get a call back in 10 minutes, which never happened. Upon calling again, I was informed it could take up to 20 business days to receive my refund once its been processed but as you can see by other reviews people are still waiting after a month. Extremely disappointing experience — I’d strongly advise avoiding this company.
We have had two cakes this year. One for a retirement and one for my husbands 80th birthday. Both have been excellent both in appearance and in taste. The pictures are exactly as the pictures online. Would highly recommend.
I ordered a cake for my aunt, for her 70th birthday in Prague, the quality was superb, well looked into details and the delivery time was very quick.

The only scary thing about these Halloween brownies is how quickly they disappear! They taste delicious, not too sweet so one or two....or three is an absolute treat The mallow webbing is a nice little added touch, along with the icing spider. The one thing that made these even better was heating them up slightly, enhancing the flavour more. I need more now! 🕷🕸

The Halloween brownies was delicious, so full of chocolate goodness every mouthful was delicious, absolutely spot on decoration made it even more perfect than it was definitely a 10 out of 10 each mouthful was pure heaven. As a celebration cake company, one would assume that delivering the cake on the arranged day was a pretty crucial part of the proposition. Apparently not. I ordered a cake for a 30th birthday party. On the day the delivery was due (for a party that evening), I phoned the company as I had not received notifcation of a delivery time. No answer so I left a message asking for a response but no-one called me back. I called 5 times back-to-back until someone answered. Joy (how ironic) checked the order and told me that the order didn't look like it had arrived with the courier so I wouldn't get it that day. The day of the party. With people all turning up at my house. I was simply offered a cancellation and refund. Spoilt the whole suprise. Beyond disappointed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR CAKE TO TURN UP ON THE RIGHT DAY!
Great service and the cupcakes we had delivered were very tasty, light and not too much sugar. The company Logo was excellent as well. Thanks very much

I ordered a personalised cake for my son’s 10th birthday. It never arrived. I had to buy an emergency cake on the day from the supermarket instead. I was promised a refund but two months later am still waiting for the money. I spoke to someone on the phone (once) back in July who assured me a refund would be on its way. I’ve since chased up the outstanding refund numerous times by emailing the sales email address they recommend on their website. I received a response two weeks ago from someone telling me that he would chase up the amount with the finance team. Then never heard back from him. I’m beginning to wonder if there even is a finance team. Now all emails and phone calls go unanswered. The disappointment on my son’s 10th birthday was one thing, but now this is a matter of principle and a legal matter. They’ve taken money for a service they didn’t provide and refuse to return my money.
Despite my previous review regarding a refund I am still waiting for, I have still not received this. Bakerdays replied to my review asking me to contact them and they would review my refund as a priority. Since my last email I haven’t even had a reply. This really sums it all up. I have now opened a dispute with my card company. A refund offered on 5 August and still not received is totally unacceptable
Ordered the brookie and what a treat it was, delicious from the first bite to the last, service was excellent, package perfectly, definitely but ordering again

Ordered a 90th Birthday cake in June 25. didn't arrive on time, when it did arrive it was of poor quality.
As compensation and for me to remove my negative review they offered a complementary cake for a date of my choice. This was confirmed in an email. The date confirmed came and went with no cake.

I ordered 2 cakes for family members for their August Birthday. Unfortunately 1 arrived damaged. I emailed straight away with photos. There was no issue at all. Another cake would be sent out the next day. Duly the new cake arrived before 11am, in tacked. Lovely to deal with, anyone can make a mistake, but how it’s resolved makes all the difference

Best company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service was excellent from my first enquiry to the delivery of the cake. My questions were answered in a timely manner and they always were able sort out any queries I had.
Cake was delicious also and delivered extremely well wrapped on on time.

The cake was beautiful and better than the website images. It was easy to order online and really competitively priced. There was a query about the delivery. I paid for a specific rime slot on my delivery day. The staff were prompt in responding and handled my query. The cake was delivered on time and was so well packaged. We ordered a traditional cake and it was delicious. I would definitely order again

I ordered a cake from Bakerdays for a friend's birthday and asked for it to be delivered on the 15th August. I was advised by APC on the 14th August that it would arrive on the following day as expected. It didn't actually turn up until the 18th August. I'd contacted Bakerdays a couple of times by then to see what was happening and the only response I received was on the 18th itself, which simply stated that it was going to be delivered during that day. I responded to say that it wasn't great service, but obviously I've heard nothing back. I've been a customer of Bakerdays for many years, unfortunately however, this will be the last time I place an order with them.

So original cake was delivered damaged. After no response to numerous emails to the address given I was finally contacted to provide photos , which if they looked at their emails would have seen I had already sent. I requested a refund but was offered a free cake.
So “ free cake “ delivered today , damaged in exactly the same place , cakes are not secured to cake boards and so end up squashed and damaged by box.

The cake didn’t look like it did on the website. It tasted like a standard supermarket cake and cost 10times the amount. They also forgot to add the candle I ordered. Not worth the money. Go the the supermarket or a different cake shop.
