Wouldn't even give a 1 star

I wouldn’t even give this company one star. I placed an order and never received an acknowledgment email, so I called to check. After reading the many negative reviews online, I decided to request a refund. I was assured it would be processed by the end of the day and that I’d receive an email confirmation — but no email ever came. When I called the next day, I was told I’d get a call back in 10 minutes, which never happened. Upon calling again, I was informed it could take up to 20 business days to receive my refund once its been processed but as you can see by other reviews people are still waiting after a month. Extremely disappointing experience — I’d strongly advise avoiding this company.

Wouldn't even give 1 star

Awful company, you would expect more as its run through the gov.uk. Each time you phone expect to be on the phone for the very least an hour. Calculations are continuously wrong and letters sent out are copied and pasted with wrong information on. Takes 3 months to set up collect and pay. And in this time how are our children supposed to eat!

Canceled my entire order. I ordered and paid for a couple of items for next day delivery. They hadn't been dispatched so I messaged via whats app (as of course they don't have a contact number) I asked for the 6.99 refund for delivery as this was foe next day dwlivwry and they hadnt been dispatched, instead of processing this they canceled my entire order! Was on chat for the next 30 mins again they were getting amounts wrong and not understanding. Bring back a telephone number so we can actually talk to each other. All of this and I'm still no further forward in buying the items I needed in the first place!

Absolutely rubbish, cancelled my order and when you chat with them via whats app, they don't read your messages. No contact number to call and now I'm out of pocket! Fumming!

Honest review

I literally love my glossy box, it's my little monthly girly treats. Yes, not every month you get ALL 5 products you would use (thats at least 60 prouducts a year!) , so of course sometimes it can be a bit hit and miss but you need to expect that really (personally I pass these on to friends). But it's always great to try different things that you wouldnt normally pick up for yourself. Keep up the good work glossy ❤️🌻

9 weeks and counting with no heating in winter with kids!

Wouldn't even give 1 stars. I have called 32 times so far including external contractors, and still feel no closer to getting my heating fixed. It's been 9 weeks today, and we had snow, so temperatures below-1. I've been promised phone calls back several times, with no reply over and over again. Honestly I've cried as I feel so defeated, I just want a warm home for me and my children.

I missed my last payment of car…

I missed my last payment of car insurance, and because of the bank Holiday I was paid late and the direct debit bounced. I begged a lady (Joyce) to have the late fee wavered (£20) as this will take money out of my food shop. But all my worries fell on deaf ears, no care from a multimillion pound company, honestly I'm disgusted in sainsburys.

Got this app through the NHS

Got this app through the NHS, they don't reply to messages and are not there to support you. I had a very quick telephone call, thought I'd get the chance to ask questions on how they could help me and discuss my problems but only took my basic details and told me they had to call someone else! Couldn't get off the phone quick enough. Since then I've asked questions via the chat, I don't expect a response straight away but 5 days later I've still heard nothing. Wouldn't pay for this service! And wouldn't even give a 1 star. Stay with nutracheck much better platform for inputting food as this one just asks for a photo and description of what youve eaten.

Don't bank if you want your money back!

Unlike most banks when a transaction gets declined or didnt go through for any reason, you receive your money back within 5-7 days, even quicker if you bank with barclays. NOT CHASE. You have to wait for 30 days, even tho it says up to 7 days online. I've made a complaint and with no further outcome. Even though I've sent them the transaction saying it's been cancelled! Beyond a joke. Take your money elsewhere.

Wouldn't even give a one star

Wouldn't even give a one star. Took my money, item wasn't even attempted to be sent. They send you direct to the company who never responds. They ignore emails and don't even offer a refund. Keep telling you to "be patient, they will respond within 24 hours" No they dont respond! A week later and still no response. One sad customer and one upset child. Disgusting company. Might as well kiss my money goodbye. So angry, don't put yourself through it and shop somewhere else.

Awful customer service

I visited dunelm to buy a blind. After finding the section I asked a nearby staff for some help she explained she couldn't move as she was counting blinds... so i continued to figure out what I needed as there was no other staff nearby. After I found one I liked I then asked the lady how to I find out the price as it wasn't labeled... to my shock she she huffed and rudely said I don't know, and told me to go find someone else who works on this department because she was busy. I honestly couldn't believe how she spoke to me. For how she made me feel she doesn't even deserve one star. Bring back mystery shoppers, might change the mind of how we get treated!
