Do not buy tickets through this…

Do not buy tickets through this company. Bought ABBA tickets for today following end of cancer treatment, including cancellation protection.
When we arrived at Ipswich station told no trains running due to cable theft. No other way to get to venue. Tried to claim a refund due to cancellation policy I bought and told no as I had to give 24 hours notice , I would have done had I known thieves would strike overnight !
Do not recommend this company and would NEVER use them again.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY

So original cake was delivered damaged. After no response to numerous emails to the address given I was finally contacted to provide photos , which if they looked at their emails would have seen I had already sent. I requested a refund but was offered a free cake.
So “ free cake “ delivered today , damaged in exactly the same place , cakes are not secured to cake boards and so end up squashed and damaged by box.
Will NEVER buy from this company again

Awful food that was cold

Ipswich branch. Awful food that was cold. I watched while it sat on counter for 8 minutes while 3 members of staff stood chatting. Used Blue light card and ended up paying more than usual price , will Never return there.

So I bought a voucher for my local Spa…

So I bought a voucher for my local Spa in April , as I am disabled I am unable to travel to other venues. Then I got really unwell with Covid. When I tried using the voucher in May the venue no longer offering the package.
Explained to the Buyagift agent who really was not interested and said fill in the refund form and send but as you are out of the 30 days you won’t get it.
Completed form and sent 2 weeks ago , not heard a thing.
Would NEVER recommend buyagift. BUY27349712

Shambles of a company !

And still Atlas for men cannot get it right. The item was returned as not same as described. Assured postage would be refunded , can they get anything right , no postage refund !

On the invoice included with the item clearly stated as item was not as described full refund for postage would be given. Like I said shambles company !

Returned a parcel on the 11th Nov

Returned a parcel on the 11th Nov. Still awaiting refund. Emailed and they stated parcel not received despite “ Sharon” signing for it as I sent recorded. Tried calling on their 13 p a minute number , could not get through. Will not use this company again ! Would not mind but they sent the original parcel out with no house number and insisted it had been delivered to me , WRONG , 31 houses away !

Don’t trust with your parcels !

Text to say parcel delivered , looked out no parcel . Reported to Yodel who advised no house no on parcel yet sent me a picture of some random drive the driver had thrown the parcel on. No idea where my parcel is !
