STILL no refund

Despite my previous review regarding a refund I am still waiting for, I have still not received this. Bakerdays replied to my review asking me to contact them and they would review my refund as a priority. Since my last email I haven’t even had a reply. This really sums it all up. I have now opened a dispute with my card company. A refund offered on 5 August and still not received is totally unacceptable

Ordered cake for special birthday which didn’t arrive and still waiting for refund nearly a month later

Ordered cake for special birthday. Did not arrive and tracking eventually showed a soft package delivered to a totally different address. After a lot of back and forwards with the company they offered another cake and a 50% refund. Second cake arrived and was very nice. However the refund has not materialised despite emails to chase. Company state refund coukd take 10-20 business days which means a month. As of yet I still have not received this. Very disappointing and surely a refund does not take that long to process

Amazing service

Absolutely superb some complications with the hob install due to previous faulty wiring which the install guys sorted. Couldn’t fault the service we have received thank you

No update on tracking since collected by courier and not delivered a week later

First time I have used this service to return some clothing to a store. No update on website since stating collected by courier over a week ago and store have not received. Eventually found how to contact collect plus and waiting a response. Don't think I'll be using again

According to the tracking for the reference you provided, Ms MacNaughton, the parcel was delivered to the retailer on 31 May at 10:55. Great service, good price, excellent service and same day payment

I was a bit sceptical regarding the claims of same day payment and expected the price to be reduced as the price offered was very good. I have been pleasantly surprised. From the first contact to receiving the price and then the Jiffy bag through to the iPad being received and then the same day payment. Kept informed throughout the whole process. Would recommend and definitely use without hesitation
