Ordered a 90th Birthday cake in June…

Ordered a 90th Birthday cake in June 25. didn't arrive on time, when it did arrive it was of poor quality.
As compensation and for me to remove my negative review they offered a complementary cake for a date of my choice. This was confirmed in an email. The date confirmed came and went with no cake.

Love a FatFace sale

Had my eye on a jacket for a while. great reduction in the sale to less than half price. Then had an email to say there's further reduction. Placed the order for delivery. arrived on time. very satisfied.

I initially gave a poor review purely…

I initially gave a poor review purely due to the late delivery of a cake for a very important event in my family. We did get the cake in time (just) and in all fairness it tasted detholus. I have since had an email from Dani at Bakerdays apologising and an offer of a cake for a future event. In hindsight things happen but it all worked out in the end thanks to Dani.
