Was actually surprised to recieve my brownies as never recieved any emails of confirmation.
Quality looking is not the best . Icing top not set on brownies very well .

Terrible customer service
Had our boiler fitted by these guys and fantastic job 2 years ago , unfortunately for whatever reason this week used for service and replacement valve and lady who takes the calls was extremely rude and unhelpful. Didnt have part for valve , although asked at time of booking , so of course meant 2 visits and 2 lots of labour , very clever ! Certainly won't be recommending them to anyone .

Thank you for your honesty leaving this review.
As much as it sucks reading this, I totally understand and would be the same if I was in your position.
When you placed your order there was site maintenance taking place on the backend of our system; this meant that notifications weren't correctly flagging orders until a day or 2 later. When you sent in the email asking the question 'where's the order' it puzzled me, however if you hadn't had emailed in then the issue wouldn't have been highlighted - thank you.
As a small business this is one of many challenges which has cropped up (many more undoubtedly will do) however one which has been learnt from.
Usually we're class. It sound's big headed but it's true, but on this occasion the usual standard hasn't been met.
I'd love for you to give my business another try. If there's a shirt currently on the website (or that crops up) please email me and I'll be more than happy to arrange a further discount.
I'm extremely apologetic for the mistake but grateful that your email helped highlight an issue & crucially work out a speedy fix.

My 1st time using, had my grandma's vanity unit dated from the late 30s , obviously a little worried, but wow wow wow ! It's gorgeous , she would be so impressed if she was here now. Used Hornblower to put in my sons blue / grey bedroom . It's perfect. Can't wait to try something else.

We had trouble with a roofer to put a new roof on our garage as he said he had the materials and gave us a start date. But he kept on putting it off ,
So i decided enough was enough so i would do it myself , i got lots of quotes for materials but no one came close to ROOFING SUPERSTORE
i shall use them for all my DIY needs and TELL everyone about them .
