Nothing to dislike.

Was easy to find what I was looking for, nothing complicated to understand for a someone who is buying their first curtain pole. Had a confirmation email, followed by an email with fitting instructions and what tools would be needed to fit, so I was prepared for when it arrived. Arrived earlier than expected, great quality and finish, extremely easier to fit and looks really good !
I am happy with my overall experience with poles direct and would 100% purchase from them again soon once tge decorating in my living room has been completed. Thank you 😊

Had to chase for updates of my order

Had to chase for updates of my order, it arrived on time and only damage was to the very bottom of the front where it has slide to the edge of the base but it was easily fixed. Other thing I had an issue with was, I ordered rich chocolate chip, I recieved a full chocolate cake with no chocolate chips in. The cake was for a 1 year old and chocolate contains caffeine naturally hense why I only wanted chocolate chips ! None the less, the cake was nice, but I wouldn't use this company again.

Delivery drivers PAY ATTENTION

Parcels were left by my neighbours bin, nowhere near mine ! I don't not get along with that neighbour and would have lost them had he got to my parcels first. Extremely unhappy !

Rubbish delivery

Spent £130 was told it had been delivered, yet I have not recieved it and have not heard back from anyone about this matter ! Absolutely fuming !
Update, have got the parcel now, was delivered and left in my neighbours garden behind her bin, no card through door to tell me where they were, no email either.
