None deliver sevice/communication/chat line

Parcel sent by supplier 25/03/2025, with HUB 28/03/2025. E-mail received Parcel out for delivery 31/03/2025. Tracked the drivers route all day even when he was sat at Marina for a time.
Passed my address on numerous occasions.
21.51 31/03/2025 received e-mail to say delivery attempted and card left.
Both untruths no card received and at home all day. Still waiting for parcel which contain live plants 02/04/2025 after contacting the chat line number of times now showing Your parcel is at your delivery depot and will be added to the next available driver's route. Have been in contact and informed supplier of situation.

Customised Birthday Cake

Cannot fault anything with my "bakerdays" experience.
My cake was ordered, dispatched & received in perfect condition and was exactly has I'd requested and delivered on day requested. Delivery company very polite and sent e-mail with time slot of expected delivery time. A bit more costly than other cakes but it was a special birthday.
Cake was very soft, tasty and fresh. 1st time ordered from company and would order again.

Order problems & Customer support

After a lengthy chain of e-mails from Optimalprint, we appear to have problems with my order resolved but will not know fully until it has been receive in the new year.
Order now resolved and received earlier than new year expected date.
Thanks to free express delivery and service but experience tainted by goods received in first instance.
