None deliver sevice/communication/chat line
Parcel sent by supplier 25/03/2025, with HUB 28/03/2025. E-mail received Parcel out for delivery 31/03/2025. Tracked the drivers route all day even when he was sat at Marina for a time.
Passed my address on numerous occasions.
21.51 31/03/2025 received e-mail to say delivery attempted and card left.
Both untruths no card received and at home all day. Still waiting for parcel which contain live plants 02/04/2025 after contacting the chat line number of times now showing Your parcel is at your delivery depot and will be added to the next available driver's route. Have been in contact and informed supplier of situation.
