Love my little console

Love my little console! I have managed to find lots of my favourite games from way back & the fact you can save them as ‘favourites’ makes it so easy to locate & play. Makes me feel very nostalgic. There was a delay in me receiving it but postage was refunded & I don’t think you can do any more than that , so I was happy. The charge doesn’t seem to last as long as I thought it would but I am overall very happy! Thanks guys X

First rate!

Ordered a chocolate & vanilla cake for my hubbys 60th birthday & I was not disappointed!! The service I received from Dani (customer service),was fantastic,she couldn’t have been more helpful! I did pay £12.00 to have it delivered by a courier company by 1.00 on the delivery date but I would definitely do that again,it was brilliant. The cake itself arrived exactly as expected & it tasted delicious! The buttercream was so light like marshmallow. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience & will be using them again in the future for any special occasions. Thanks guys,a great 5 star service all round!!

Does the job& no more itching,

After realising that Deborah Meadon had backed this company I became very interested. I have quite a few different illnesses & consequently suffer from being very hot most of the time. I had noticed that my ‘pits’ were itching most of the time but just put up with it because I thought that maybe I was just very sensitive. After using Fussy I now realise that’s not normal & you don’t have to put up with it. So far I am very impressed ( & I am writing this in July,so I’ve had some pretty high temperatures). I am using the ‘bright pink’ one it’s very ‘chilled’,coconutty. I’ve taken the plunge & subscribed to ensure I don’t run out, & I’ve even purchased a body bar& the mini sticks to take away on holiday for by the pool. This product is a godsend & I am recommending it to all my friends & family. Thanks guys,keep up the good work & I’ll keep spreading the good word.

Evri, you are a joke!!

Yet again Evri did not complete there promise to collect a parcel from my home address. I totally give up with this company , I am at my wits end. I did complain to JD Williams once again, & am now getting a return collection from Royal Mail. At least we know with Royal Mail , parcels are a priority!!!

Parcel coming today , then not coming!

Received email to say parcel was coming late afternoon. Then got another message to say it want coming today , & would now arrive next working day. Evri seem to be a very unreliable delivery service for me, & not just today!

Losing hope with Evri

Was supposed to have a collection from my home address, not for the first time it never happened! Never even came the next day!

Don’t get me started!

Was supposed to be collecting a return, not for the first time was not collected . They were due to collect between 4.30 & 5.30 . Before 3.00 the system shows that they thought my parcel was already collected!! Another request was put in for next day, fingers crossed. Why do they tell such blatant fibs. If the driver just decided to go home , say so.

A flawless service from start to finish!

The two guys that delivered our furniture, Kyle & Damian, were outstanding! We had an email the night before & a phone call when they were 15 minutes away from us. They were very tidy ,very polite & very professional. They placed our new furniture exactly where we wanted it, and afterwards explained how we used the mechanisms on the sofas & how to care for them. A great delivery from start to finish. Thanks guys, you are a real asset to Furniture Village.

Great furniture, great service!

Furniture Village Taunton was the perfect place to go for us to buy our new sofas! We were able to look around the store without any ‘pressure’. When the time was right for us to make a decision a lovely man , seemed to read our minds. Adam (Merchant) answered all of our questions & helped us make the right choice. We also met another couple of staff whilst there, Gary & the store manager, both really lovely too. We were really happy with our purchase & the service received from Adam. Furniture Village have a great choice of sofas & we knew we wouldn’t have to go anywhere else. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this shop to anyone looking to purchase new furniture. Thank you Adam!

Great service!

On the whole I find that delivery drivers receive really bad publicity. I never have cause for complaint. My Hermes delivery team are so lovely. Always on time,friendly, polite & work really damn hard . They are a real credit to their company!

We had a photographer named Istvan, he was so lovely, very professional , punctual & very innovative. It has been years since we used the services of a professional photographer, but I would not hesitate to recommend Istvan or Perfocal to anyone needing a great service. Thank you so very much!

Service has declined!

If I’m told I will be getting a parcel at the weekend it doesn’t turn up!!! Never turns up!! Lately the notification emails give incorrect times & on one occasion I was told parcel had been put through letterbox, it was in fact on my doorstep!
