What a wonderful company not only great cakes, but when I asked them if I could move the date for delivery they sorted it out straight away. Cakes delivered on chosen day and loved by rrceipients.

RUBBISH AGAiN

Don’t appreciate my parcels being thrown from a distance without ringing the bell
We have a ring doorbell so we saw what he did
Still he found us this time unlike his previous delivery when he said he could not find our address even though he had been many times before

That’s completely unacceptable, and I’m really sorry you had to witness that kind of careless behaviour. Throwing parcels and failing to ring the bell shows a clear lack of respect for your property and your time. It’s even more frustrating knowing the driver has delivered to your address before, yet still claimed not to find it on a previous occasion. You deserve a reliable and respectful service every time.

Poor

Cake has just arrived on time no problem with delivery. I have used this company many times before and never had a problem, but the picture on this one is dreadful and the writing is so dark you can’t actually read what it says.
Won’t be ordering again

Rubbish

Would have given 0 if I could. Delivery was supposed to be Thursday but the driver decided he could not find my address even though he has been here loads of times. Did not arrive Friday Webchat said wait till 9pm. Finally had enough contacted company I ordered from who contacted Yodel and then funnily enough within 2 hours the same driver found us dumped the parcel at the door and ran so obviously could not be bothered to deliver on Thursday

Shocking delivery

I ordered a plant with a specific delivery date as I was going away. I then got a message to say that they had too many orders and that my delivery had been upgraded to a Saturday delivery, which was still ok. Unfortunately the delivery company decided otherwise and delivered it on the Monday so I was not able to take the plant in and it sat outside my property till I could contact a neighbour. Don’t think I would use this company again.
