I bought a pair of dolce & gabbana sneakers that cost quite a lot of money after a few months of use or broke and can no longer be used, I contacted Flanels, they asked me for a bunch of pictures, I sent everything they asked for, the complaint is made since May well over 30 days at the beginning they said it takes a maximum of 30 days now they blame the brand I didn't buy from the brand and from flannel they have to solve the problem related to the customer not the brand having this experience I don't recommend wasting your money

Extensions with bad quality keratin, I asked to return it, I explained the reason, I asked Leibal to be able to return it, I sent a bunch of emails and in each one they found another question about whether I want to return it, even though I specified exactly what happened, I don't recommend wasting money dishonest company

Thank you for your review, we are very sorry to hear this and we are keen to get this resolved for you.
We can see that you have raised an issue with our U-Tip fitting method whereby the Keratin is of a bad quality and does not stick as it should. We can see that the team have asked you to confirm via email if the hair has simply been fitted, however you have yet to confirm this with them.
If you have ordered our Heat Fusion Method, the only way to determine if the keratin would not adhere correctly is by attempting to fit the hair. Once the hair has been removed from the original hygiene bands and fitted, this does void our returns policy and we would not be in a position to accept this back for a refund.
We are more than happy to continue dealing with this matter via our complaints procedure and have you liaise with our Customer Care Team to ensure a mutual resolution is met, however we can see that our email team have tried to reach out to you twice via email and they have yet to receive a response.

I bought a jacket and at the first wash it became a piece of garbage, all the fluff gathered and the yellow color came out on the outside, the jacket being white, I contacted Armani and they offered £25, the jacket costing £190, I do not recommend disposable products
Very bad collaboration lost order I promised to send another order and I did not send the order placed on 31 .08. 2021 to date I have not received any answer. Product value 121.79 £
