I ordered a tracksuit for my boy, unfortunately did not fit, I originally asked for an exchange and sent it back with the returns label, to find that the item was sent back left outside my house???

I then called to cancel exchange last week Thursday and was told I needed documents to put on the outside of packaging, I said that I only received a returns label nothing else, week later I'm still waiting, I was told by one guy will get an email ref to documents within 3 hours, yesterday was told upto 3 working days, 3 days its been a week, and asks to speak to a manager who wasn't available then nor today and asked for a call back.

Still nothing not surprised long as they have your money they simply don't care.

Time is ticking and need this sorted, never buying from you again, 1st time I bought something online and what an outrageous customer service,

Not that I'll get a response anyway looking at other reviews seems like not even used...

So I ordered 15 packs of curve mini salt, normally all my deliveries comes from a Harvey water van, this time was delivered by DHL, I had a message to say it was delivered while I was at home, so I called Harvey and explained I haven't got my order, then was advised to contact DHL, not being funny why am I doing all the running around? Anyway contacted DHL said been delivered to number 40, so I went to see - to my surprise wasn't there either, so both Harvey's and DHL couldn't help my situation, spent an hour trying to track it down what a joke...

WOW what an incredible customer service recieved by Sinclair VW Newport, reference to my recent car purchase for my daughter - Adam initially spoke to me regarding a car my daughter saw online which I wanted a easy transaction and delivery of her car as I was in a rush to get it, Adam listened to my issues and dealt with my request fast an effectively

My god did Adam live up to his words, he is an absolute legend and did the fastest transaction of all time and aranged delivery of the car for this Sunday, I can't wait to see my babies face when receiving new car.

Inbetween the conversation had, I received a personalised video before and after transaction explaining what he has done and what will happen, WOW what a great touch. 

To top it all off my Daughter had the biggest smile on her face on Sunday morning and I also received a card from Adam thanking me for my purchase and a follow up call on Monday.

So after receiving this level of service from Adam puts a smile on my face, so I thank you all but a big shout out goes to Adam a true legend, its a real shame we didn't cross paths but Hope we do one day so I can personally thank you.

Absolutely amazing service, great product but was missing the names as requested but was resolved fast and effectively hassle free.

I must admit product quality amazing thank you...
