The camera I bought is rubbish, as the waterproof cover is not waterproof, took camera on holiday snorkeling and the waterproof case let water in and ruined the camera £60 down and missed capturing some awesome memories with my children snorkeling. Don't waste your money. Gutted and £60 down.

Ordered a head torch from TechShack. Received notification from courier that it was out for delivery and then that it was "delayed". After a week with no further updates from courier it seems that the courier has lost it. Contacted TechShack for advice and although not their fault they sent me a replacement head torch via a different supplier/courier which arrived within two days.

I recently brought a enovy air drone and thought i needed a few batteries.
Luckily I found tech shack and they had them at a very reasonable price so I ordered two.
They arrived in good time and after a quick charge I used them for the first time yesterday and they performed perfectly.

I bought an Envoy Air + Pro Max as a few of my friends are seasoned flyers and I didn't want to spend the money on my 1st drone as they had,
After 8 months of living with this drone I can still only praise the features and abilities of this excellent machine, Obviously there are niggles bit they really are superficial, no gimble on the camera so in highish winds my pictures / videos aren't quite straight, Even my experienced friends are impressed when comparing the Envoy to their more expensive DJI 4 Pros, it mightent have the gimble or fly as fast bit you definitely cant warrant the extra 6-700 pound price difference
Back to TechShack, nothing is too much trouble foe then, any question, any issues gets sorted out ASAP, They even have live contact with reqlly humans for instant responses, i honestly couldn't praise these guys any more 100 out of 100
Ordered bone conducting headphones to replace another make that offered no support after the product failed.
My fault for mail going to spam but they took the trouble to call and make sure I got the product.
Great support in this day, well done guys keep it up.

The vacuum was lost in the Royal Mail black hole at the Preston Sorting Office but the service I received by Tech Shack was exemplary. This was NOT the fault of Teck Shack. A full refund was given without quibble.
I would deal with them again.

I ordered this after seeing review that placed it at the top, however subsequently I was aware of negative reviews on utube which suggested this was a scam. However after contacting customer services who were brilliant, my product arrived as advised and I am completely satisfied. I cannot understand what utube is on about or how people can differentiate between their negative review and my very positive review

First class customer service from the lovely Hanna who tirelessly tried to help me with my purchase , and in the end the error was mine , as I hadn’t even used their company for my purchase, not many companies would be that obliging . And to top it all gave me a voucher to purchase from them in the future . Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this business in the future.

I was nervous about dealing with Tech-shack, as wondered if they were a company in cyber space. Firstly they did what they said, and they were available on the phone as well as by email. I had a faulty set of headphones, they refunded me. I think the customer service is excellent.

Updated - 5* for the customer experience, I emailed my query which was responded to within hours by Hannah. Free returns label and prompt refund, so although my product wasn’t great I would use TechShack again.
I ordered a Monovon German quality garment steamer at £89. I received a Chinese labelled version as advertised in AliExpress for £23. Not quite what I was expecting. Box was very squashed and damaged although item appears intact, not fully opened as do not intend to keep this imitation.
From order to delivery was 7 days, although sent 48 hour tracked, luckily taken in by a neighbour as no notification to say arriving.
Happy to update review based on outcome of request to return. Emailed directly and hope they resolve.

I had to return an item I had bought from Tech Shack. There was no problem with getting a refund. I received brilliant customer service from the team. They were friendly and professional and kept me updated. Highly recommend.
An initial delivery issue with Yodel meant there necessitated some correspondence with customer support. However; they were excellent, prompt in every regard and genuinely helpful, Hannah especially.
My thanks to the team; oh and the product is first class too.

They sent me a replacement hand held vacuum cleaner as mine was faulty.
, it’s brilliant and so is your company, it has made so much difference and is easy for me to use, it was lovely to desk with such a good customer support team. Perfect as I’ve just fallen over and hurt both my wrists and thumb so being lightweight it’s easy to use and very much appreciated.

Product became faulty. I was offered refund so I returned the product. When they got it back they then only said they could offer 50% refund or replacement. I had already bought a replacement so I went for the replacement but it never came. Customer service is terrible so have given up and cut my losses.
