So I ordered some Mifo earbuds to use with my Garmin watch ans they were quickly delivered. I tried them out and they kept cutting out. I spoke to Hannah and Monika who were very helpful and sent a replacement very quickly. It turns our that these earbuds are not compatible with the model of watch I have. Fabulous customer service throughout and would I recommend Tech Shack..... absolutely I would! Great small business. it's just such a shame that some of the larger businesses do not provide this type of first class service!

Myenergi customer support is so good! Their representative (Tom) had great Technical Support knowledge and as an IT person myself we quickly resolved the issue. The Myenergi products are superb if you have an air source heat pump and the Zappi with the Octopus Go Intelligent tariff is excellent!

What a good company....we had never used Getpotted.com before so were not sure how we would get on. Deliveries were very prompt on all orders. We had one pot damaged by the courier and this was very quickly replaced with no fuss at all. Great customer service.

I can highly recommend Cera Care who currently look after my mother. The carers are so caring and thoughtful which really helps us enormously. The portal application is superb ensuring that we know how mum is and what has happened throughout every day. Thank you Cera Care.

If you are worried about self building a Quatropi product please don't! The quality of their products is so good that the building process is so easy. Also the customer service is so helpful if you have any queries, very quick to respond. Thanks Quatropi, love your products.

We purchased a Globus Bio Ethanol recently from Imaginfires and WOW... so impressed. The delivery was made quickly, the packaging was excellent, far better than most deliveries. The fire is so good exceeded our expectations and looks fabulous in our lounge. We were a little worried about using Bio Ethanol but not now, it's really good, safe and easy to use. Thanks Imaginfires, great product.

Today we received the ballustrade hand rail for our glass panels. The quality from S3i is outstanding. Put the rubber insert on the glass and after a while of pushing and pulling had a brainwave to add pledge to the rubber....worked a treat and the handrail dropped into place. The finished result is fabulous. Thanks again S3i for a quality product.

I rarely write reviews but my dealing with Hedges Direct has been the best customer service i have received from any company for many years. We purchased 51 Purple Beach plants and planted them immediately. 10 of the plants didn't grow so I emailed them. Very quick emails back with advice and then an email confirming they had sent some bio seaweed to help the growth free of charge. The seaweed arrived today with a free lovely lavender plant! Wow.... fabulous, such a healthy change from the usual 'it's not our fault' response. Keep up the good work, it's really appreciated.
