Alls well that ends well! Fake goods delivered premium price paid

Case update,
After posting my original review, see below, I have been in contact with Monica from TechShack, she has provided very good service, refunded the original payment, investigated and reported back to me their findings, which we clear and they have taken decisive action over that particular supplier. Monica has also provided a goodwill discount towards any further purchases from them. Based on the customer service received they certainly have earned a second chance!
"So, i ordered and paid for a particular set of ear buds, they weren’t cheap, and this company were just slightly cheaper than going via the brands website, cheap enough to not set alarm bells ringing ie £10 cheaper than the brand website, however what arrived was not what I ordered, not a ‘knockoff’ as the box was not the brands and the functionality despite being labelled as noise cancelling, they totally weren’t, looked the same as genuine ones however the functionality is certainly not! Called customer service, sent images and was told that a full refund would be forthcoming, lets wait and see! In summary, product delivered was an Ali express/Temu cheap quality not the premium product and price i paid, customer service agent was good which is the only positive…..
Would I buy from Tech Shack again NO would I recommend them NO"

Really bad knocking sound when…

Really bad knocking sound when spinning, we have checked and double checked the transit bolts have been removed, that the legs are stable and level, without success. Going back to Costco today

Vary focal lenses has narrow field of vision, blurry edges

Good online experience, prices keen although soon added up!!
Arrived within given timeframe.
A couple of issues, the field of vision for the vary focal lens I have is quite narrow, blurry in my peripheral vision, which isn’t great & one of the downsides of internet shopping is the fit of the frame, they slide down my nose, a wider nose rubber means the glasses sit too high on my nose and the vision is then terrible!!

Let me just assure you that our designers made the fit a bit looser because our customers occasionally want to wear another layer of clothing underneath for extra warmth on cold winter days. However, we understand that this kind of cut doesn't work for you and we are sorry about that.

We got off to a very poor start with this company, many hand off's to various conveyancers with a multitude of explanations, however, once Charlotte was appointed she turned the tables and avoided us pulling the plug with Primer Property Lawyers. The flow of information vastly improved, a direct phone line, quick , detailed responses and a pleasant professional manner.

Hand washing! customer service at its worse

I'm a big fan of gels, chews and bars so I tried the drinks (£75 order) unfortunately, they weren't for me, an odd consistency, I prefer a 'clean' fluid, and flavour combo's are terrible!!
I left a review on their in-house feedback, was contacted by Veloforte stating that I could return them, great! I returned them via 2nd class Royal Mail, in the original packaging (only used 2/3 of the sachet's) and stated that I'd be happy for an account credit, to use against other products. Several weeks later they tell me they haven't arrived, despite providing Veloforte proof of postage, I'm basically told; ah well without them arriving you're out of luck, tough on you, hahaha goodbye we wash our hands. No sign of their offer made to other customers providing negative reviews "We have a Great Taste Guarantee here at Veloforte - we give back the value of your item in ‘Refuel Points’ (part of our Rewards programme) … you can use your points to redeem free products/ offers/ exclusives and more''

The worst frame imaginable…..

Why have I given a 1 star rating; the print it’s self is great a brilliant custom momento of a couple of 2021 cycling adventures that, on its own, would get 5 stars, however my wife paid for it to be framed, so it arrived complete for Christmas, here’s why I can only give a 1 star rating, one can not see the print/map in any light at any angle due to the horrendous glare & reflection from the plastic ‘glass’ it’s un-viewable. A complete waste of £20. To enjoy the image I’ll have to have the print reframed.
Please do not buy a frame, unless there’s an anti glare option, put the money towards a proper framing service……..

Delays delays and disappointment

Optics warehouse had the item for the best price, however despite a month passing I still do not have the jacket. I was called, after a month of waiting, that they had been let down by their suppliers, they could no longer get the colour I ordered and would i accept an alternative colour. I agreed and was told despatch would be in a few days, another week passed, I called again & was told that the delivery had arrived but they’d sold/dispatched all the stock to other customers!! Could I wait for their next delivery from their suppliers; guess what? I’m still waiting. I’d only recommend this company if you’re a very patient person and don’t need the item you ordered anytime in the near future......

Used the Dine Experiance for the first time yesterday @ cafe Rouge in Weybridge (recommended, great service) very easy no nonsense deduction of 25% of our lunch bill. What’s not to like?
