Just love Hotel Chocolat

They were a small gift added to a Birthday Present.

I thought the arched bird feeder I bought was really good but the birds have not found it yet is does take time for them to trust a different feeder and I do have two squirrel proof ones and a flutter butter which are used alot.

Mistakes & Costs
Most of the time my order is okay there are sometimes when there are glitches, last week some of my order did not arrive and that could have possibly been my fault I was positive I had updated my order when I added certain goods. They did not appear on the order so had to get an order from elsewhere as was needed for that day.
I also think that as I have a delivery pass I object to having to pay £7 for a delivery that maybe under £40 I have been having a weekly order delivered since before the pandemic in fact I have been shopping with Sainsburys for many decades as did my Mother I am 82 so that may give you some idea how long and how much I have always enjoyed shopping in Sainsburys.

Many years ago I was a club member of Hotel Chocolat and for personal reasons had to stop buying. I recently saw and advert and thought I would buy a box for what I know were always really good chocolates as a gift for someone. Unfortunately who ever delivered did not ring my doorbell or knock and left the box in a parcel box by my front door did not replace the lid of the box properly and consequently this morning i had a completely soaked box due to the bad weather.

I love chocolate and especially love Pure Heavenly Chocolate all the flavours are delicious but my favourites are Salted Caramel and Coffee. Thank you Stephen and team you are just the best.

Thank you Steve was very pleasant and polite but the box was partially open and soaking wet at one end and no flower food the Alstromeria were not just thirsty but very very droopy just hope they improve, as I ordered these flowers for myself was a little disappointed how unhappy they were and glad that they were not sent as a gift.

Worst website for customer communication I have ever been on it was absolutely no help whatsoever trying to phone was told would put me through and all I got was a message to go to website for FAQ which did not answer my question back to the phone and tried another line ended up with the same message, so I would not recommend and am very reluctant to use a retailer who uses Hermes this has to be the second time the same thing has happened to me and all I wanted was how do I reprint a label.

Had a couple of blips last year but they were sorted out very quickly and I would recommend this company for their very good service.

Every year I buy Thorntons Chocolates and Toffee for the family as part of their Christmas Presents. This year I was very pleasantly surprised as I was able to give a little more from the 3 for 2 range plus I ended up with a large box of chocolates, so thank you for your generous offers and my free gift Thorntons.
