Get your guide do not verify the tour providers information

Whilst you can get reasonably priced tours on get your guide i have had 2 bad experiences

1) a tour to cario by plane which was cancelled twice and I ended up having to pay a premium with my hotel tour last minute else I would not have been able to go. Get your guide did refund the money promptly but this highlights the fact they do not monitor their providers.

2) more recently I went on a tour in tunisia. The tour description said tea and hike. There was neither tea nor a hike!

So beware that you take a tour at your own risk. Get your guide are just an agent to process the booking and take a cut of the proceeds.

Scam and returns must be made to china

This is a company made to look like they have a store in London but they DO NOT and if you need to return the item you will be asked to send it back to China.

Quote from thier customer service team. " Returning the item won’t be a problem. However, we generally advise against sending returns back to our central warehouse in Asia, as the shipping cost can be quite high (around GBP 20), and there’s also a risk of the parcel getting lost in transit."

My mum unfortunately got had by this company and have had to action a chargeback on her credit card. Has caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

I had high hopes for symprove but I…

I had high hopes for symprove but I cant say I've seen any difference. Energy levels are not improved, stomach sentivies remain and no improvement in immune system. Considering the multitude of positive reviews I'm wondering why this didn't work for me, very disappointing.

I found they sent too many emails and the delivery reminder was always around midnight which I found very annoying.

Product became faulty

Product became faulty. I was offered refund so I returned the product. When they got it back they then only said they could offer 50% refund or replacement. I had already bought a replacement so I went for the replacement but it never came. Customer service is terrible so have given up and cut my losses.

sign up experience not so great

Price changed when choosing 3 year fix. No price displayed on the payment page to check. They make an account for you but you dont choose a password so after calling up to cancel. (You cant cancel online). Couldn't choose the plan i wanted because i have to sign into an account which i have no details for! Had to use a different email address. Be aware the boiler service automatically set for September. Again have to call up to get it earlier (March) which they did without any issues but would be better if this could be changed online.

Usually no issues with ziffit. But this time they said something didn't arrive but it was definitely in the box when i sent it. No obvious way to raise the issue on ziffit app.

Cheaper than local tour touts

Overall booking with viator is better than booking with local agents in Egypt but the mention me rewards did not work so i missed out on 20% discount.

Also there is absolutely no vetting of the companies and took my 2 year old on a trip which was highly unsuitable and dangerous.

Started out as a good service but service has not kept up with demand and i will no longer use inpost if i have an alternative option. Lost parcels, returned parcels, absolutely NO customer service, no availability to post when required. Terrible....

Disappointing

So far really disappointed with Cook. I received £75 voucher from my colleges as a maternity leaving gift... They purchased £50 and then a following £25. The physical £25 voucher was never received.

I tried to spend online for click and collect but when i got the checkout there were no delivery slots until after Christmas. As i have seen another reviewer say it really would be helpful to know this before taking all the time to go through the online ordering process. I signed up online for the new parent discount card.

I then went to spend this in store (with baby in tow) & the store assistant had to go through this very time consuming process of rewritting my code onto a 'cook card'. In the process of her doing this i requested if i could fill this in myself (after all i already had the code written down & on email). I still dont understand why this was necesaary and all the while precious time when i could have been sleeping was being lost in the cook shop.

I am breastfeeding and as my baby has a diary alergy i expected it would be easy to find the meals that were df... however unlike online none of the meals had the df symbol. Only the gf symbols were displayed on the store packaging.

Now onto the actual food. I purchased penang curry for 2. Both myself and my partner were both still hungry after eating it & neither of us usually eat very big portions. Disappointed it had no veg and was mainly just chicken & sauce. We added our own rice.

Chicken pad thai pot for 1... really nice but again where was the rest. Potion way too small

Chicken & lemon herb pot for 1... nice but probably about 2 pieces of chicken.

Lamb shanks... these were the only item so far that i have tried that lived up to expectation. The sauce however was not a gravy and i ended up making gravy and adding the juice to the gravy. Shame that the price in store was more expensive than online. The lady manually ammended the price but then the 10% discount was not applied so unfortunately we paid more for them than if i had had the 10% discount on the store price. I had expected she would give us the online price and then apply the new parent discount.

All in all not much choice for a person with a dietry requirement. Customer experience poor & portions too small.

Impossible to get a reply

Unfortunately one of my items arrived with a misprint. I had been chasing a replacement for a 2 months. When it finally came it was wromg again. I have sent over 20 emails but never did get a refund.

No appology. Worst customer service i have ever received. Is this really a family run business? Absolutely shocking.
