I found I was looking at the help to see how to REPLY to an email! It turned out that the reply icon was right at the bottom, so if you've got more than a short email, you cant see it! Then when i did click reply, even though the email i was trying to reply to was from admin@xxxx the reply was now addressed to no-reply@xxxx that was the last straw, uninstalled and gone back to Outlook (which Im not crazy about either) maybe I'm just dumb!?!? .... god knows how i got that bachelors in Physics????
I have purchased two products from TechShack and found both products to be very good value and quality. Moreover, the support from customer service was prompt and efficient, handling all my queries to my 100% satisfaction (and that is what makes the difference, anyone can stick a box in the post, but these guys were honest and fair AFTER the sale too). Went to Purley Brighton Rd (South Croydon) for a free battery check, as I had a "battery charge fault" light. They did the test, gave me the printed test report and told me my battery and alternator were fine. This honesty, enabled me to dig deeper with an auto electrical specialist, who found that the battery management module in the car was the real culprit, NOT the alternator or battery. Full marks to Kwik-Fit for not just trying to sell me a new battery, like I suspect many less scrupulous organisations would have done.

I spoke to Amaan today as my account was in credit, he refunded the credit balance and reduced my direct debit to prevent me building up an unnecessary credit in the future. He was very helpful. I didnt have to wait long to speak to someone (less than a minute). Also my smart meter is working again now (although that is about time as it stopped working many months ago.)

OTP-1115212118228 Nice car and a good price, but we did feel the check out agent was trying to scare us into buying extra insurance that would have doubled the cost of the hire AND we had already purchased insurance through the intermediate agency wizz. In fact, when we returned the car, the guy who checked us in couldn't have been nicer, and our full €1,500 deposit was returned without any quibble, so it was a case of all's well that ends well, but we spent the week worrying that the slightest little scratch was going to cost us their minimum €500 charge.

At our office we offer our customers two options for picking up the reserved car: blocking a deposit (responsibility for the car) on a Visa or MasterCard credit card (debit cards are not accepted) or purchasing our "Risk 0 Service" (no responsibility for the car) , that is an internal service from our company (not an insurance, but generally known as full insurance).
Our agents as you hopefully know, they are sellers, and they are trained to present all the options and offer as they are for all of our customers, after which it’s all up to the customer to decide which option they want take.
We assure you that no matter how many damages, scratches the car has, they are noted in a damage sheet by my colleague, that's why we also advise customers to take pictures, video of the car just to have a proof that those imperfections were already on the car.
Regarding the protection that you have, we can not pronounce it because it is done through an intermediary and we do not know what it covers and under what conditions.
I was sceptical, but in fact everything seems to work. The chat service was super speedy compared to other sites and answered all my questions. Vikki, ve3 was great
