all went quite smoothly but would like to have been sent a paper copy of my insurance by post as has been done by previous insurance company's I have always been given an option .Having read other reviews I see that I could have had them by post but how do I request these and where do I find a phone number.

ordered a box of Limescale and grease remover from your website at £12 49 and was very dissappointed that by the time all various TAX was added I ended up paying in excess of £18.98 why was TAX added to this I feel is a very misleading advert

Very disappointed in my order for 36 garden ready geraniums when they have eventually arrived they are quite dry and going yellow and far to small to be garden ready I have had to plant them each up in individual pots and hope they will survive but will be weeks before they are garden ready !!! probably won't bother with Suttons again .

The first sideboard was delivered damaged... a second was delivered damaged but the third is fine and just what we wanted...unfortunatley I think in these difficult times (covid) this was just a mishap and the after service was very good no question of replacements and done very quickly I would recommend this company.

I ordered a new seal for my Neff oven on a Monday and expected to wait 3/5 days it arrived on the Wednesday Excellent !
