Fantastic company to deal with. I purchased a new hoover for my elderly Mum but unfortunately it developed a fault. With the excellent support of Olivia and the technical team I was sent the replacement part and everything is perfect. For after sales service and their products I could not fault this company. Quite refreshing to find a customer service department that actual delivers excellent customer service!

Just back from our experience on the Orient Express. Eurostar to Paris and overnight stay in Paris before travelling to Venice for three nights. Organisation, hotels and transfers all fantastic with great locations chosen.

I had searched for a free pdf to jpg conversion tool and this company appeared. Having converted the one file I needed I was then asked for £1 for 7 days unlimited access which I paid. The invoice I received clearly showed the payment and a seven day period, there was no mention on the invoice nor did I receive any clear communication stating after 7 days I would be charged a recurring £49.99! Legally they are required to provide a notification that a changed subscription payment will be taken - they did not. I am presently disputing the payment with my bank.

I ordered two sets of plates from showplatesexpress.com and was extremely disappointed with the quality. All of the plates had rough edges in the same place. Their response to my email was all of our blanks come like this. I have ordered plates from other companies and none have ever had this fault. I asked about their "no hassle returns" and "60 day money back guarantee" but absolutely no response so not sure how they can make these statements on their website. If you want good quality plates avoid this company.
