I have received damaged apples which…

I have received damaged apples which had to go in the recycling bin.
Just recently I received eggs of a smaller size than I had ordered and now the apples that I usually have, take several days to be delivered and are much smaller than the ones I used to get. Other than the above, you're doing well

They can monitor their fruit more…

They can monitor their fruit more closely to make sure the quality is good and fit for human consumption. I received recently bruised apples and one apple was squashed and unrecognisable

The gloves that I bought from Wiggle…

The gloves that I bought from Wiggle were very good and keep my fingers warm.
The delivery by Hermes was very poor, they were not delivered in the time slot that they gave me and as a result I wasted my time staying indoors. When they were eventually delivered, the parcel was left on the doorstep. The delivery person did not ring the doorbell to alert me. I received an email telling that the parcel had been delivered. Very unsatisfactory. This is the second time its happened and I would be reluctant to use Wiggle because of this. Change your delivery agent !!

Installation of a Pod Point

Stuart was very punctual, he came at the time he said he would. He checked the location of the power supply and asked me where I would like the power point.
He set to work and completed the installation within 2 hours.
He then gave me a demonstrating and explained everything in detail.
All in all a very go experience !!
