I had a question about this centrifuge which was answered well (after a bit of confusion hence not 5*). I ordered it and it arrived exactly when it should have. The centrifuge itself is a robust bit of kit and very quiet. So far am delighted with it!

Excellent service from the initial telephone to the visit. I was told I would be phoned beforehand and I was. Johnny reviewed the site, diagnosed the issue, quoted there and then and unblocked the 15 metres of pipe. Used a fibre optic camera to determine the cause of the blockage and will send quote for the additional work we can see is required. Great communication, thorough, efficient and problem solved within a couple of hours. Highly recommend.

1st time customer. Great service from start to finish. A very nice bare rooted willow with excellent root structure arrived in a timely manner with tracking available. A special tree for a memorial so quality and service even more important for this purchase. Will definitely use Root Plants again!
