The camera I bought is rubbish, as the waterproof cover is not waterproof, took camera on holiday snorkeling and the waterproof case let water in and ruined the camera £60 down and missed capturing some awesome memories with my children snorkeling. Don't waste your money. Gutted and £60 down.

Not impressed at all!
Always bought clarks shoes as they are such good quality, and so hard waring for school use, we qualified for the fit guarantee. I called them as my local store is closed! And got told to send a picture of shoes and my receipt to prove when we purchased, 2 weeks later I get a email to say sorry no longer hounoring the fit guarantee!
Because you have to go into a store for them to verify the shoes no longer fit, so my little girl complaining they are hurt and sore toes don't prove that, it's just an excuse to get out of the promise made! Ended up having to buy a pair else where, will now think twice about buying from clarks - highly disappointed after 14 years of buying shoes from them for all 3 of my children I feel very disappointed at this, what's annoyed me more is the fact they made me go to the time and effort to email in pictures find out receipt and give all my details when they knew they weren't even honoring it anymore - poor poor poor!
A voucher to the value of the shoes would have been nice so I could get a new pair when the store reopen.
Shame on you clarks!

No ovelry impressed with ordering online, takes for ever to be processed, any hint of a missed payment on your credit check, don't expect your order to go through 😢

If I could give minus stars I would ordered a bottle of Gordon's Orange Gin, paid for next day service, was well excited to finally have a bottle (can't find it anywhere) as treated myself for Christmas, to open it and its a bottle of red wine, contact their customer service to be basically called a liar as they don't stock that wine in their warehouse! THEY CLEARLY DO, BEACUSE THAT IS WHAT YOU HAVE SENT ME!!

Amazing service so far, super fast delivery, beautiful colour, my little girl is chuffed with her new purchase with her birthday money.

Worst company ever, would never by a ticket through them or kong events, I have been ignored for weeks about my refund, should have done my research!!
They still selling tickets for an event that is not taking place!! Taking more people's money Disgrace!

This company will affect your credit rating, think long and hard about taking out a loan with them! They do not update your credit report with payments you make to them, I took my loan on last November and they have not updated my report since April so my report shows I have made no payments since April!
I contacted them to ask why they are not updating my credit file, they said it was a mistake and to correct it I would have to file a dispute with a credit report company! Why should I have to fight for them to up date my report! Looking at reviews other people have had the same issue!!

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!
Reported our TV (3 years old Samsung) broken on the Saturday before new year and it was collected on the Monday, Was told TV would be back repaired by the following Monday at the latest due to the bank holiday.
We were kept informed the whole time, given a collection time slot, told when the repair had been completed, given a time slot for delivery.
They fixed the problem reported and even replaced the TV stand that was broken, that we hadn't even noticed.
Absolutely amazing service - all of our appliances are covered with them and have used them before for our dishwasher.
Would highly recommend amazing thank you team knowhow 😊
