There is yet another bug in Pipedrive (this one makes the customer emails vanish), I have someone in my team sending them endless screen shots, and yet they still ask for more and more evidence. It is becoming impossible to run our company using their CRM, it is bad enough that the bugs exist, yet it makes it 10 times worse when each of my users spends hours a day on their support chats, going around in circles with different support staff, draining our valuable time.
To make it worse, Pipedrive recently sent me an email with a price increase, stating that their service is improving!

Pipedrive has constant tech issues, every single week there is a new bug in their system, and then their support asks the same endless trouble shooting questions. Then next week starts and same issues again. All in all me and my team spend around 30 hours a week being slowed down by their bugs and lost time in productivity and trouble shooting. Furthermore, their security features are incredibly weak, and it would not take much for a rogue employee or hacker to disrupt the database.
Sometimes I spend so much time troubleshooting with them that I feel like I actually work for Pipedrive, except that I dont get paid for the time

Review of London House Exchange (formerly Property Partner)
This platform has effectively stolen my money. I invested around £1500 in two properties in 2017, sold to me with the promise of a 5-year exit. It’s now well over 8 years later, and I’ve had no return of capital, no dividends since 2022, and no real way to get out.
Their so-called “exit mechanism” is a sham. You’re told you can sell your shares on their internal exchange, but it’s illiquid and priced so far below market value that it’s not a real option. You either accept a 50%+ loss, or you wait indefinitely while they sell off properties unit-by-unit over several more years — all while charging management fees.
Their marketing at the time was deeply misleading, and they now hide behind disclaimers and technicalities. The core fact remains: I was promised a structured 5-year exit, and instead I’ve been financially trapped, with no income and no control.
I’ve submitted a formal complaint and have escalated to the Financial Ombudsman. This company should not be allowed to operate in the way it does.
If you’re thinking of investing, don’t. You may never see your money again.

It has now been over a month since I reported a critical fault with Mailchimp's system: the unsubscribe merge tag does not work properly in live campaigns. This is a fundamental feature for any email platform, and the failure renders Mailchimp unusable for compliant marketing communications.
Even worse, their own support team explicitly acknowledged this was a bug. I was told it had been escalated as a Tier 2 system-wide issue and that developers were working to fix it. But now, a completely different team has taken over — and is denying the issue even exists.
This internal contradiction is unacceptable. One team admits to a platform bug and escalates it. Another team ignores those records entirely and demands I start from scratch, re-explaining everything and re-uploading the same evidence, for the fifth time.
This is not a functioning professional tool. It’s a slow, fragmented, chaotic mess — where one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing, and customers are trapped in an endless loop of repetition and deflection.
A platform that can’t handle something as essential as an unsubscribe link — and can’t even coordinate its own teams — is not fit for purpose.
Avoid at all costs.

Review of Xero
I have been a Xero customer for 5 years, however, 3 things about Xero drive me absolutely mad:
1: Website interface: If you look at the Xero website (before signing up) it looks really nice. However, when you become a customer and sign in, the interface is very different, and looks like they put zero investment into the platform.
2. Support: The site is designed to constantly throw you off contacting support. There is no chat button, and reaching someone takes a long time, after having to go through many steps
3. Customer database: I find it absurd that in Xero, when adding customers, there is no organisation/company field?? I used Quickbooks for years, and adding a new customer meant you could add their name and link them to an organisation. This does not exist in Xero, and I am dumfounded how a business like this can omit such a crucial detail. It is almost like ordering something online from a website that does not let you enter your address.
I would love to post a flowery positive review here, but here is so much work Xero needs to do to improve. My advice? Take a look Xero team at the Quickbooks interface and learn what you should be doing and the options you should provide.

The most disgraceful customer service on the planet. Airbnb may have a good looking website, but scratch beneath the surface and you will discover a company which outsources its entire customer service to telemarkers in the Phillipines who read from scripts and NEVER side with the customer. This is a corrupt, money grabbing business which charges high fees and gives you nothing back. Its outrageous that a US based firm has non existent customer service and send customers to remote call centres in the Phillipines.

Soulless company.
Been having so many issues, on the phone with one of their agents for 1 hour, it cuts out and they do not call back, emails are always from no reply. It is literally soul destroying dealing with them, I know that there social media person is going to respond to this with their generic copy and paste "I'm sorry to hear..." yet nothing will get done. Disgusting company, run by dishonest thieves. Their website is all fancy but scratch beneath the surface and it is run by a bunch scammers robbing our money and doing nothing. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them today going around in circles. They do this on purpose to prevent people calling them, their customer service does not exist. Their solution is to connect you with someone living in North Africa who has no idea how to help.

I am shocked at the bad reviews on here. This is the most important cause, protecting animals and wildlife, and all people can seem to do is moan and complain. Perhaps they would be better off starting their own charity for animals, and putting their energy into helping the planet and wildlife instead of being negative and criticising.
The review someone left about sales people working on commission only - do you actually expect a charity to fork out tonnes of money on sales people?! Get a grip on reality, this is a charity for animals, expecting people's donations to line sales people's pockets is pathetic!!!!

A bloodthirsty, leeching company, preying on honest working people and absolutely squeezing every penny out of them.
Our estate service charge has been increased by £250 per household with no warning or justification and it is clearly down to bad management of their own accounts and with the objective of maximising their own revenue with no care of the consequences to home owners.
Looking through their eye watering itemised charges of their fees, all whilst they have made ZERO progress on removing cladding from our building.
An evil, capitalist, opportunistic and immoral company which should be burned to the ground.
Do not buy their properties, if you do, it will be at your own peril.

Impossible to reach. I needed to make a change to my booking and called over 100 times. All I get is a voicemail from a guy that sounds like he's in his living room in his underpants and then another robot woman voice pretending to be a real person. The customer service telephone goes to an answering machine. I think this is a one person company with non existant real customer service. They don't respond to emails either! Looks like all their good reviews are fakes.

SCAMMERS. Do not trust this company. Complete scammers. We booked a transfer from our hotel and the driver after having already being paid attempted to pressurise us into paying additional money. Avoid at all cost, they are complete fraudsters!!
Response: Hi Paul, your online booking system is connected to all of the drivers on the mainland, other passengers in fact showed us their booking confirmation email with you. The fact that you charge random customers extra for luggage and also allow and encourage your drivers to attempt to charge extortionate additional amounts is a disgrace. You have my email which has been passed onto you so contact me for a photo of your driver and you can identify him.
