Warning, do not buy their properties, Evil, money leeching company

A bloodthirsty, leeching company, preying on honest working people and absolutely squeezing every penny out of them.

Our estate service charge has been increased by £250 per household with no warning or justification and it is clearly down to bad management of their own accounts and with the objective of maximising their own revenue with no care of the consequences to home owners.

Looking through their eye watering itemised charges of their fees, all whilst they have made ZERO progress on removing cladding from our building.

An evil, capitalist, opportunistic and immoral company which should be burned to the ground.

Do not buy their properties, if you do, it will be at your own peril.

Although we hear your disappointment with the recent service charge increase, we still value your comments. We understand the rise in cost of living is causing worries for many people and we appreciate the increase in service charges is an additional worry.

As you may already be aware, we assess service charges annually and letters are sent to all residents informing them of the new charges. However, we’re here to help and if you feel there's a discrepancy with the service charges, we'll be more than happy to investigate this further and provide you with a full response.

We have a great team who are helpful and knowledgeable with service charge enquiries and we're sure they'll be more than willing to answer any questions you have. Please bear in mind service charge enquiries can take some time to investigate, however we aim to respond within 10 working days. Depending on the complexity of the enquiry this may take longer but you should be informed if further time is needed.
