Do not buy a Belkin screen protector
Do not buy a Belkin screen protector, it’s a scan! They get you to purchase it by telling you it has a lifetime warranty, but even after you registered the product, have proof of purchase of the product by a receipt and the original packaging they refuse to send you a replacement.
Worst website I have EVER used
For the second time I registered my phone screen protector and trying to order a replacement is impossible. To register the product you need a degree. It asks you to upload two photos - one of the receipt and one of the phone. It would only accept one photo saying it’s a maximum of 3mg upload. I will not be replacing my iphone with a Belkin ever again. Absolutely useless. I’m fuming. They aren’t cheap.

When I asked how this was possible, considering they say it’s an automated process - no response. Just silence.
How does their automated process determine the closure time - 24hrs? 30hours? 44hours? What triggers it?
Personally I think this response is a crock, a lie. It’s just CS giving them a phrase and when you question it, they don’t respond. Just more apologies.
So this just extended the time giving me back my refund by another 30days on top of the 30+ days I have already waited.
BELKIN UltraGlass SPS screen protector: Chipping, crumbling & bubbling. Oh my!
When I purchased an iPhone 16 Plus, I also got the BELKIN UltraGlass SPS screen protector (Part # HR272ZM/A) for $39.95 at my local Apple Store on 11/25/24. The Apple sales associate who helped me recommended I purchase this screen saver, and it was professionally installed on my phone at the time of purchase. Ten months later, it’s chipping, crumbling and bubbling on all four corners of the screen. Despite careful handling, I’m watching it disintegrate before my very eyes. I know the type of case you choose to protect a cell phone is equally important. That’s why I bought the Apple iPhone 16 Plus Silicone Case. Before writing this review, I did an online search and found many similar complaints about this BELKIN screen protector that cite: 1) Edge durability and compatibility with certain iPhone 16 models and cases; and 2) Similar complaints from people who bought this screen saver and report similar deterioration. It’s supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. I contacted BELKIN through their website and I’m waiting for an answer. I am so disappointed. Cell phones and the essential accessories you need to buy with a new phone, such as a screen protector, are not cheap. As customers we have every right to expect our purchase doesn’t start to break down two weeks or 10 months after we buy it.

Wish I could give this zero stars! I was upsold a Berlin screen protector for my iPhone at an Istore and it cracked the same day. I tried to register my warranty but the website kept crashing. When it finally let me I tried to register for a replacement but they said they didn’t have the one I had brought in the shop and shut my case. My partner also brought the same screen protect and he’s tried contacting for weeks with no reply. Awful product and awful customer service

I paid £50 for a Belkin screen protector at the Apple Store, and it cracked very easily. Customer service was slow and unhelpful. Not worth the money and definitely not what I expected from a brand sold by Apple.. don't waste your money. I ordered from amazon , soft screen protector just £5 3x , I fixed it on my iPhone. I'm very happy.
Please don't mistake for buy warranty or any product from belkin.. not recommended.

Bought various SurgeStrip to protect my equiment and they mention each of them is covered with an €65000 insurance policy. Since 2 months I opened a claim for 5 damaged connected equipment and I haven't received any reply despite having sent various reminders.
Poor quality faulty screen protector
I purchased a very expensive screen protector for my iPhone which has lasted 3 months. When I contacted Belkin they were unhelpful as I didn’t have my receipt. This is a faulty product which in my opinion is definitely not worth the money . If a product is faulty it should be replaced . I will never buy anything from Belkin their customer service is poor.
I bought the Belkin SoundForm Adapt…
I bought the Belkin SoundForm Adapt headset in Canada. The product itself wasn’t bad, but the return process was very disappointing.
It cost me another $20 to ship it back, on top of the purchase price. That’s almost $32 just on shipping for a return. For a company as big as Belkin, I expected better support for Canadian customers.
The return policy makes it hard to justify buying again. Other companies provide prepaid labels or free returns. Belkin should do the same, especially when the product is under warranty or doesn’t meet expectations.
I will not be buying from Belkin Canada again and want others to be aware before they purchase.

RIP off useless product.
Bought a new phone at Heathrow airport. Shop staff applied a Belkin screen protector at a cost of £29.99 and advised me that by doing so the screen protector would be replaced in any circumstance if it was damaged during the next 12 months. All I had to do was register the product with Belkin. Three months later the screen protector had tiny cracks all around the outer sides. I contacted Belkin. Informed that it is not guaranteed.
This was their response.
“ Belkin's Screen Protector warrant covers Defects in Materials and Workmanship but does not include normal wear and tear. “
Beware. Do not purchase an over priced useless screen protector or believe the sales person selling them !!!!

It took over 5 days to even SHIP my product, this is 2025....how can it take so long for the maker of the product to take their own product off a shelf and give to a shipping company, or daily mail out service?

Purchased a Belkin BoostCharge 2-in-1 Hybrid Solution. The type C electrical plug is made in two parts and one of the parts stayed in the electrical plug when I removed it. Not only is it a pity to have such a product breaking easily but it can be dangerous. Customer Service was not able to help me with a replacement part as they needed the receipt (which I did not keep). I told them I wanted to buy the spare part but this is not possible.

No troubles. Directly to my door. Their website is a bit confusing at times. Other than that, would recommend.
