Pipedrive has constant tech issues
Pipedrive has constant tech issues, every single week there is a new bug in their system, and then their support asks the same endless trouble shooting questions. Then next week starts and same issues again. All in all me and my team spend around 30 hours a week being slowed down by their bugs and lost time in productivity and trouble shooting. Furthermore, their security features are incredibly weak, and it would not take much for a rogue employee or hacker to disrupt the database.
Sometimes I spend so much time troubleshooting with them that I feel like I actually work for Pipedrive, except that I dont get paid for the time
